Press Conference Week Ending 12/12/21 (Answer 6 Questions for 2 Capped TPE) The team has had some more positive results as of late, more players are earning more TPE! Is there a specific skill you're looking to increase? Is there anything you would like explained that you maybe don't quite understand? (I will DM you a reply to these so make sure to quote this!) Which player on the team do you think has performed the best? (Check the portal to look at ours and other teams stats!) The holidays are around the corner, what plans do you have? What is your favorite holiday time food and why? Do you have any special traditions in your family or your own that you would like to share?

Ixazaluoh Finds Form with Bratislava After 24 games on record for the VHLE this season, the young Guatemalan defenseman is certainly coming into form with his new teammates of the Bratislava Watchmen. The Watchmen are currently sitting atop the standings with many big victories under their belt. "We are excited to get off to such a strong start to give us more breathing room for the rest of the season. It can be easy to get lazy over the course of a season, I do not want our drive to stop and I'd love to stay on top for the remainder of the season." Cadmael has been extremely effective with a recent acquisition by the Watchmen of one, Sting Chameleon. "I am honored to be playing with someone I looked up to in the VHLM and to be playing with them! I like to think that I am performing up to GMs standard." After 24 games, Ixazaluoh finds himself in the Top 10 of all-VHLE players in overall scoring, and 2nd overall in assists with 30. One stat that certainly stands out, is his ice time, where he sits with more than 30 minutes over anyone else in minutes played. "It's clear the team needs me on the ice and I don't mind playing so much, it will help me to only learn the game. I feel that I still owe some time seeing as I didn't play hockey until last year. As for my success, well I could not get those assists without the teammates who position themselves in such a way to find the best angle. It's truly unique that I am among such talented folks!" It was lovely talking to you! We can learn a lot from something called the sociological perspective. Being able to remove your lens from the interpretations of situations really allows you to have an impact on the topic you're reporting on. I think you did a very good job reserving your own opinion from the thread and I think in turn for being transparent, the community responded in kind and instead a lively discussion can be had. TPE-worthy if you ask me.

@GustavMattias Very well put together survey! You've made my sociology degree very happy in doing this. In analyzing the results, you said that you helped omit or remove information not needed or too personal. Wee there specific people on the moderation team called out for things listed in the surveys or were they all just general comments out of curiousity?

How has you player been doing? 2. With a few games of experience, what aspects of the game is your player excelling? 3. What would you say is something you would need the most help with or don't quite understand about the league? 4. The S82 draft is coming up in the next off-season, do you have any hopes for your own player in that draft? 5. The NHL is picking up steam, now that we are almost through the first quarter of the season....who ya got? 6. Will Ovi surpass Gretzky's goal record next season or will he retire 2nd? 7. Talk about taking a bite out of crime! Brendan Lemieux is set to have a hearing for his bite on Brady Tkachuk. How many games does the DoPS give him? 8. Marc Bergevin is out as the GM for the Canadiens...who is the next team to clean out their front office?

1. How do you plan to spend your Christmas (assuming you celebrate it) and your New Year? I plan to spend my time with family and friends. Most likely I will go to a party and have lots of food and drink! 2. Do you like the month of December? What does it bring to your head? Everytime this time of year usually makes me sad, but this year it was actually much more pleasant so I hope it is better overall! 3. Any perspectives on what you want to do next year? I want to become a better defenseman. I am hoping to get to 90 DEF by end of season. 1. Do you have a food from your country that you feel best represents you? 2. Any early picks for the VHL championship? 3. How do you think the two newest VHLE teams will do in comparison to the old teams?

Very clean swap! My only real constructive crticism is that the green seems to be just a tad bit off. Aside from that, I think it was very well done! The text was also a very well done integration! 8.5/10

Love the graphic! The effect is very nice and I think it does the overall mood of the image well. The logo swap was also very well done. My only suggestion would be to try adding more to the border so that it doesn't feel empty! 9/10

So this was the image I did during a speedrun attempt for 12 tpe. I never hit start recording. I almost did a weeks worth of TPE tasks for nothing. I caught it right after I submitted this.

1. We had a brilliant draft and picked up many young players who will only join our team next season, your thoughts on the draft? I am excited to be among those picked for the draft! Let's see what this season brings us! 2. GM Frostbeard has said that he plans to play his goaltending duo together and he believes that Orion is ready to step up as the true number 1, how do you feel about that? I do not have experience with these two just yet, though I expect the GM has the best-interest of the team when he makes these decisions. 3. Did you do anything extremely crazy this off-season that just was out of your character? I did not. I stuck to exactly what I wanted. 4. Bratislava city fans are eager for the next season, if you would have to select a food product that our team should advertise and give out to our fans, what would it be? If you wanted to market Cadmael, you should just sell basic tacos or something. 5. Watchmen have made a trade and have acquired Sting Chameleon, your thoughts on this trade that sent away Pippo Coca? I am excited to see Sting! I have seen his name a few times on my way up through the M so I am happy to have a chance to play with him! 6. How confident are you that Bratislava Watchmen have what it takes to win it all this season? Anything is possible with the correct work ethic!

VHLE Pre-Season spells high hopes for Ixazaluoh With the off-season wrapped up, we see young Cadmael Ixazaluoh coming out with high hopes for his career. After being selected 5th overall by the Toronto Legion, he was selected 6th overall by the Bratislava Watchmen of the VHLE, this is important since he will most likely be playing a full season to develop his skills with Bratislava. "I am honored to have been chosen by Bratislava! Not only will have I seen the United States, but by the time I end up in Toronto, I will have seen Europe as well! I hope to learn a lot of things playing from a professional organization like Bratislava, though it will be bittersweet to leave them for Toronto. But it should be good knowing that I will eventually be representing Bratislava in the VHL someday." The VHLE season was supposed to begin on this past Wednesday, and Bratislava played 6 games, going 5-1 overall. Cadmael had a fantastic showing with 6 points overall and contributing +11 on the team thus far. Though following a game against the newly christened Rush, Ixazaluoh said this: "The Rush are an elite organization...why would they only field two decent players?" Due to an error by the commissioner, the team was slated to play with only 2 players on its roster. The GM of the Watchmen jokingly called it 'pre-season', but it was a good indicator of the direction Cadmael was headed for the season. "Even though, ultimately, these games do not count, it was good to size myself up against the competition and brush up on some things before the games actually matter." Word count: 268
