Frank Ricard and Keith Robertson being on the same team in Minot was simply unfair. So unfair that it shortly led to inactives no longer being able to have their VHLM Performance TPE updated for them, followed by a hard TPE cap for the VHLM and a limit on inactive signings altogether. @Edgar helped with that too.
