Even as someone who doesn’t do it, I wish there was more roleplay in the league. When I first came back there was some trade request drama (maybe literally the exact one you mentioned) that, whether it was role play or not, I disliked a lot of the responses to it. I made my career point tasks role play, and initially I was doing press conferences in character, but eventually I found it easier and quicker to be out of character. And since I do podcasts so casually I find it a lot easier to be more meta about my topics, though admittedly it hadn’t ever really occurred to me to role play in podcasts (other than my wonderful Code of Conduct piece). In conclusion, I’d be in favour of gutting the VHL and making it more RP heavy.

Listen man, Crobat is pretty solid, you can’t hate Zubat too much. Mia Khalifa’s Salmon Showdown still sounds like it could be a porno. Anderson was versatile with his multis, less so with his mains. They were almost always Asian. There’s lots of multi potential in general, we could make a 4th league dedicated to our best multis.

They actually did a few podcasts together back in the day, so ironically he’s one of the few people who almost certainly isn’t Kachur! Anyway, Robbie is a shitty person and I’m glad he’s gone. Moderation has improved significantly since he’s been gone, which is why Alex was punished and Robbie never really did. The reality is the VHL culture wasn’t always what it is now. By today’s standards, I personally could easily have been permabanned on multiple occasions over the last 12 years. And I was the Commissioner! So you’re right that Robbie got off easy, and of course it seems unjust that someone like @Alexandre, who I genuinely consider to be a great member, received a more severe punishment. But Robbie or anyone else wouldn’t have half a chance to pull anything like that off today. It sucks we let it slide in the figurative yesterday, but we’re here for the figurative and literal today and tomorrow.
