  1. UNASSISTED BIOGRAPHY Early Childhood The man we all have grown to know and love, Unassisted, wasn’t born with that name. Born and raised in Richmond Hill, Ontario, the VHL Superstar was born Ty Tucker. He’s the Nephew of Toronto Maple Leaf legend Darcy Tucker, and was a Maple Leaf fan growing up. Minor League Days Unassisted’s early playing career started in the Toronto region playing in the minor league system of the Greater Toronto Hockey League. He played in the GTHL with the Toronto Marlboros. The league is a hotbed for young hockey prospects, and proved to be a very valuable league for his development. Unassisted would prove to be a very high end prospect as he was selected first overall in the S47 VHLM Entry Draft by the Yukon Rush. Pro Career Season 47 - Unassisted and Black Velvet absolutely tore up the VHLM with a combined 274 points in the regular season. In the playoffs the two lead the league in playoff points with a combined 58 points in 11 games played. And while they swept the Saskatoon WIld in the first round of the playoffs, Unassisted and the Rush would lose in seven games to the Ottawa Lynx in the North American Conference Finals. Season 48 - Unassisted would be drafted second overall to the Quebec City Meute. He had a very solid rookie season, that went rather unnoticed. While he posted 79 points in 72 games played he still wasn’t up for consideration for Rookie of the Year. He recorded 82 hits which would be his largest total until his massive breakout year for the Americans. Unassisted and the Muete would miss playoffs, as they were in a rebuild mode, but he would still gain experience playing in the World Cup. Unassisted skated for Team Canada in S48 and helped them achieve a Bronze Medal. Season 49 - S49 was a season of redemption for Unassisted. He had over a point per game in his rookie season, but in his sophomore season he would record 107 points, and earn himself the Dustin Funk Award for most improved player. While doing this the Meute would earn a playoff spot, mainly due to the veteran additions of Aleksi Koponen, Greg Clegane, and Jeff Hamilton. They only lasted five games, with Unassisted recording five points. WHile it was a quick exit, it would prove to be a building block in chemistry between Unassisted and Tom Lincoln. Season 50 - In Unassisted’s final season with Quebec City, he would take away some serious hardware. Unassisted, Lincoln, and Koponen would lead the entire league in points, and be the only three players to eclipse 100 points. Unassisted ran away with the lead in Points and Goal Scoring, as he proved that he was more than just a flash in the pan. While this was a big year for Unassisted personally, it was another disappointing loss for Quebec City, who once again didn’t even reach the Cup Finals. This would be the final year in Quebec, as Unassisted decided he wanted to get a Continental Cup, and that just wasn’t happening in his current situation. Unassisted represented Team Canada once again in the S50 off-season, but they failed to given get a medal. Season 51 - The S51 season marked one of the more memorable Free Agent group signings in the history of the VHL. Three of the top S48 prospects and one of the more prominent free agent centers would all sign with the same team. Prior to the S51 seaons Unassisted along with Black Velvet, Tyson Kohler and Aleksi Koponen would all sign with the Calgary Wranglers. Their hopes were to win a cup with the team, after assembling one of the most fierce super-teams in the current era. Unassisted scored a whopping 106 points playing on the second line behind Koponen. While this wasn’t preferred by Unassisted, he knew he wanted to win. The Wranglers however fell short, and the super team had to be adjusted. Season 52 - The year following the Wranglers signing, Unassisted decided that he really needed to get a better understanding of who he was and what his role in the league was. Yes, he wanted a cup, hell, he wanted more than one. But he wanted to be the player that was relied upon. He wanted to be the go-to guy in the high pressure situations. The Wranglers were tight against the cap and decided to part ways with Unassisted who once again, but for the last time, would his Free Agency. This time the decision was made with his own personal and long term needs in consideration. Unassisted decided to join an up-and-coming team in the New York Americans. He would also reunite with Tom Lincoln whom he had he career year alongside. Unassisted recorded his career best with 137 points on the year, and then 28 points in the playoffs. He would win Season MVP, Playoff MVP, and Most Outstanding Player. Most importantly Unassisted would hoist his very first Continental Cup with the New York Americans. During the off-season Unassisted would represent Team Canada as they won the World Cup Gold Medal, to add to one of the most fairytale seasons one player could have. Season 53 - The Americans were the defending champions, and they had a lot of expectations to do the same in S53. Unassisted and Lincoln were back together, and this year the top-end prospect Dianna Maxwell would be added to their line. Maxwell blew up with a huge season, and their line would combine for 377 regular season points. Unassisted put up 135 points, almost reaching his career high from the year before. The Americans would take their momentum into the playoffs where Unassisted recorded 20 points in 19 games. After being taken to seven games in the North American Finals with the Seattle Bears, the Americans were once again taken to game seven in the Continental Cup Finals with the Stockholm Vikings. The New York Americans were able to shut out the Vikings in game seven to earn their second straight Continental Cup. Unassisted had completed his personal goals and now had two team awards to show off as well. With two more seasons signed with the Americans, the feeling is he isn’t done yet. Legacy It is hard to say what someone’s legacy will be before their career is over. Unassisted was a top end prospect who everyone knew could score, however adapted his game with each team he went to. He made the right decisions both on and off the ice. He gave himself the best opportunity to succeed both in personal awards as well as team awards. It was a storybook career, that you can’t replicate. He has MVP Awards, Gold Medals, Continental Cups, and is on pace to break some serious scoring records. His legacy has already been written as one of the best player in VHL History, and he still has two seasons to play. Before Unassisted the STZ Player Agency had a single cup to show for two HOF Players. Thanks to Unassisted he made that three cups, and quite possible three HOF Players.

  3. You're old news.. You're more cute than annoying..
  4. TOP TEN VHL PESTS By definition a pest in hockey is a player that gets under the other team's skin. In the VHL this can be attained in a number of different ways; in the sim, in game threads, or on the forum. I think over the past two seasons we've seen the resurgence of discussion and naturally the drama that comes with having an opinion in a virtual hockey league. Remember, none of us are winners, no matter how many peats we accomplish. With that being said here is my rundown of the VHL's Top Ten Pests of this Generation. 10. @Frank Love to hate, hate to love.. Probably one of my favorite members, but he knows how to get under people's skin if need be. 9. @Banackock His GM methods have definitely been subject of discussion. High asking prices, and controversial dealings - he's always doing whatever it takes to get an advantage for his team. He's a classy GM and has proven year after year that he can lose with dignity.. An underrated pest. 8. @701 The forgotten pest. He's quieted down over the years, and instead is a historic inactive player who set records last year in scoring. Never forget Smooth Jive and the chaos he left in his path. 7. @Bushitroll He's Back, and has been stirring the pot. Hopefully he stays active and moves up the list - but he has a real job, and makes real money, and gets his dick sucked by a real girl. 6. @TheLastOlympian07 This cunt intentionally skipped weeks of VHL Trivia just to fuck with the memberbase. Also active in being a little scratch and sniffer in game threads. 5. @BobertZ He tries really hard - and you gotta give him credit for trying really hard. It's just too bad we've all seen this show too many times, and no one pays attention to it anymore. Nice hot takes in the Magazine tho. 4. @Jericho My comeback member of the year. Always in the middle of things. I've never seen a member explain the difference between professionalism on a simulation hockey forum and professionalism handing out quarter chickens at the Chalet.. This guy burns more than the lemon water they give you after your meal, and is almost as delicious as the chalet sauce itself. 3. @Da Trollfecta Resilience. I've never seen a get get shit on so hard, and not kill himself. kudos. No explanation needed, this guy knows the troll game, and the toll you must pay to get inside that boy's hole. 2. @Kendrick This is the Brad Marchand of the VHL. Huge skill, and probably one of the most hated members on the site - if you aren't on his team. He's no stranger to drama or controversy. He's very opinionated, and won't back down from any fight - no matter how petty it is. Easily one of the most valuable members on this site, and I think that in itself eats away at people who hate him. 1. @Pablo This is the number one troll and pest. Brovy from day one has been one of the most hated guys, but you look at what he's done for the league and the player's he's made. It seems like he can make amazing players, but all he really cares about is just getting under people's skin. I thought about 6 seasons ago his game thread postings during wins of "easy" would just get tired and phase out.. Pretty sure that was his response after two back to back cups. The difference between him and most of the other top five is that he picks his fights. He lays out blatant pesky posts and baits until someone bites and then goes on blast. This new gimmick of posting in rap-form... God Troll Status.
