Yeah it's this guy and Weise. I have no defense on the roster at all. Neither one has posted or even been on the site in months - technically the rules say their GM can move them after 30 days of no posting, so I don't see why it would be an issue, but I know it's typically only been done in the bigs

Well I plan on adding in an update later today, I have a bunch of TPE I haven't yet put in. Long term, I'd say this is the first time I've had a player where I'm actually trying to go scoring. I've always filled a niche of some sort - passing/defensive center, defensive d, goalie. A scorer is the one thing I haven't done, and that's what I'm trying to get Lawson to do. I like the moves, I was admittedly looking forward to playing with your guy eventually but that's a pretty hefty return nonetheless. Definitely looking forward to it. I'm kind of in the same spot I was when I first started here - drafted to Calgary early and in the same offseason taking over Ottawa in the VHLM. If I can do with Ottawa now what I did with Ottawa then (of course with the primary goal of promoting the activity of my team) then it'll be an interesting few seasons ahead.

I know you haven't really been around long enough to develop identities for the VHL teams, but just first impressions, any VHL teams stand out as where you'd want to get drafted? Any that you'd immediately dislike?

I have an active goalie, so Ottawa will pass, best of luck but I know there's a better spot for you. You'd start elsewhere, you'd only be my backup. Good luck wherever you sign, and like Smarch, I'll gladly help you out regardless of team
