Nothing against you, but I have to put some people as unsuccessful, and the easiest ones are the retired guys, the inactives, and the mostly welfare guys. You fall under the first category with McQuack. It's obviously not too bad since I have Hrdina in there as well, and that was me.

4. Not really, the beginning of any VHLM season is weird with getting the client file right and getting the lines right. VHL has a preseason to sort these things out, VHLM doesn't so you end up having to sort things out on the fly, it's a balancing act between the GM, the simmer, and the commishes. We're not doing so well right now, because OTT bots are in the lines, because the client file wasn't updated last I checked. The other nice part about the VHLM is all the teams make the playoffs - so even if we start slow (because we're relying on active guys who are at this point not very developed) if our activity passes some teams by the time playoffs start, we could easily get a result more applicable to where we are at that time. 5. Must have been. I wouldn't really have been able to tell you whether it was taped - it ended at 4am for me at work. If it aired at prime time, we were too busy for me to watch it, but at 4am as you might assume, we had very few patients so I was just sitting there watching the curling and getting paid for it

There but for timing go I - my two EFL players are EA regen names, one from NHL and one from FIFA, and only a few weeks after I created, my NHL save gave me a player named Tyrone Sexsmith. Had he existed at the time I created, who knows...

@Higgins @Will I noticed you two are on, can I get a decision on Fart and Weise? Trying to do inactive position switch - the rules state that their GM can do them, and I'm currently their GM in Ottawa. Apparently it's only usually done with VHL level inactives, so we felt I needed Blue to approve. Neither guy has been on in months, and neither guy has enough TPE to be VHL-relevant.

I'm inclined to agree about 16, but there's absolutely a round worth.

I'm at work now. Can't download things onto the work computers. I'll be at work until 7:30 in the morning, then again tomorrow 7 at night to 7:30 Sunday morning. With only 11 1/2 hours in between shifts, that'll pretty much all be taken up by transporting to and from work, sleep, and eating - basically if it wasn't in half an hour ago, I can't do anything with it until Sunday late morning early afternoon. (After that, I have half the week off, so it balances out, but yeah...)

Ok this is weird. I'm seeing Asipi in goal and the triplets on the team in the sim, but I just redownloaded the client file and they're still not showing up for me.

Priorities are as always, to develop new players and get them ready for the VHL. The league sustains itself by people creating, enjoying their time here, and developing into successful VHLers. Of course, it's also always a goal to win the Founders' Cup as well, any team that tells you that's not a big part of it is lying. This season I'd like to think we'll be pretty offensive, just because it aligns with the roster we have. I'll go Saskatoon, Vegas, Ottawa, Oslo, Yukon. Saskatoon picked up a lot of the active guys in the draft (as well as being the beneficiary of a loophole) and it seems as though more people have joined them post draft. Their weakness, if anything, is too many actives and running into chemistry problems. Vegas was fairly successful last year and they didn't lose as much of the team to the VHL, although Vegas along with Ottawa might have a hard time fielding a defense. Ottawa, the defending cup winners, lost most of the team to the VHL, but should rebound nicely with the Vilhjalmsson brothers and Ambrose Charizard up top, as well as Asipi Jr in goal. Oslo should have a strong start on the backs of a lot of inactive guys, but once the actives elsewhere catch up, they ought to fall back. Yukon are a selling team.
