Fire Tortorella 2,653 Posted September 3, 2017 Share Posted September 3, 2017 Rumors are circulating that numerous high-profile members of the VHL are being targeted by a kidnapping ring hoping to get a ransom out of the league. It all started with the mysterious disappearance of long time commissioner @Will. While he has made some cameo appearances recently, these could be nothing more than his captors letting us know that he is still alive. Recently after his promotion, @Smarch has disappeared for almost a week. This is another target that would make sense for the kidnappers, as his status as a commissioner and a simmer make him a high value target. According to others, @Tagger is also MIA. This has not yet been officially confirmed, but would come as another blow to the league, as he is a contributor to the Board of Governors and a general positive presence around the site. The league office has not yet responded to our request for comment on the situation, and it is unknown if @Higgins will pay the reported ransom of $5 per person.
