As long as you haven't updated on a player above 100TPE in the last 3 seasons you're eligible from what I've seen! And it was both more than 3 seasons and less than 100TPE! As we know many new members create a player and fizzle out after a couple weeks for various reasons. Those reasons could be that they are frustrated with how to actually be successful, feel like their player doesn't make a dent in the sim engine or they strictly do not understand how to use resources around the site to earn TPE. This also works hand-in-hand with VHLM GM's who can instruct their players even more in hopes they can take advantage of the free 10 TPE at the 100 TPE plateau. *The TPE can only be claimed after they get to 100 TPE, not to be claimed to make it to 100 TPE. ex.
