I did a player press conference and may technically not play for Miami anymore, but I want to answer these anyway because we are the champions! lol

 

1) Awesome! It was such an incredible run to be a part of and everyone here really deserves it.

2) Miami, Saskatoon, San Diego I guess? I'm not picky though lol

3) Without any consideration as to how realistic it is, honestly Riga made the best impression on me. Davos, Vancouver maybe the next two. But again, I'm not picky and there are more than three teams that I enjoyed talking to in the pre-draft process, so I'll be happy wherever I end up

4) I'll do my best to be at both!

 

5) I care because the guy in charge before wasn't someone that should be the face of a country. Biden probably isn't a great candidate, and Trump may have done some legitimately good things for the economy, but he fractured his country and handled the pandemic very poorly. A president should never be actively divisive. Kamela Harris gave a fantastic speech yesterday too. I'm happy to see that.

6) The Maritimes are beautiful. I'd have a hard time choosing between Newfoundland or Nova Scotia.

 

I want to thank Miami for the opportunity they gave me and for the awesome experience it was. If I'm not here next season, good luck!

1. I feel great! Even though my production was limited I felt like I played a part in this championship like everyone else.

1. I am proud of my former VHLM team. Wish we could've done the same when I was there!

1. I love being a member of this team. Everyone here is awesome and I’m always having a great time.

2. I would like to see us go on another cup run this season since last season when we won we probably have higher expectations for this year. Hopefully we can prove everyone we can do it again.

3. I want to prove I am a solid backup goalie and can put up good numbers for Miami this year.

1) Really great! Never thought of it after just about getting in the play-offs, but we did it!

4) Watched the first one until the end of 2 round, I don't think I'll watch the VHL draft. Both of them are at midnight for me so...

5) I dont really care, I dont think it will affect the life here in Europe so...

6) I will say the Old Town in Nice ( France ). When you go there at night, everything is shiny, 100 restaurants and so much more. I really enjoyed my time there.

1. I am incredibly excited to be a Marauder. I'm sure it'll be a great team to play for during my rookie season.

2. My expectations are high, as they should be. I believe that S75 is the season for the Marauders!

3. I expect this season to be one where Thadius Sales makes a lasting impression on the VHL. As a rookie and first gen player he has a lot to prove.

4. I'm incredibly excited to see Cabe McJake @RedSus come to Miami as the 3rd Overall pick. I'm also eager to see how many shots Martin Master  @Martin Bradac is willing to take for me!

5. Pittsburgh Penguins, baby!

6. I'm a casual NFL and MLB fan. I don't know many of the players on my favorite teams, but I enjoy watching my teams play/win. Odd enough, I am a fan of the Pittsburgh Penguins, the Pittsburgh Pirates, AND the Philadelphia Eagles. I like to spread my Pennsylvania love.

1.Pretty stoked, even though they’re a young team they’ve already won a cup and they might do it again this year!

1. I'm pumped to be on Miami! I didn't expect to fall all the way to 77th but I'm hoping to be a big part of the Marauders going forward.

2. I'm hoping we aim for a back-to-back! It seems we have a good group of people to make that a reasonable goal.

3. My goal is to center the second line and I will do what it takes to get there. I don't think many people expected much from me with this player so I'm hoping to surprise a few people.

4. Cabe McJake seems like the popular vote. I'm happy to be on the same team with a high-caliber prospect!

5. Been a huge fan of the Sens since I started following hockey.

6. Baseball is my other go-to but I also enjoy watching football and soccer!

1. I was fortunate enough to get a GMing opportunity in the World Cup. It was fun getting reacquainted with STHS while I wait for us to take the ice.

 

2. I'm not too familiar with the other teams yet but checking the portal at a quick glance, Ottawa is looking pretty empty.

 

3. We have a strong group here but McJake's 81 shooting is wild and will likely pile on the points.

 

4. Definitely looking like one of the forwards takes it this time. We have a strong team overall though!

1. I've been eating some pizza and drinking good beer! Mostly, I've been practicing, making myself better.

2. I think it's possible for San Diego to have a repeat of last season.

4. I'm hoping our defense gives me a bit more protection than they did Rasputin, so I'm hoping for a forward to pull in the title.

5. I'm right handed, but since I played baseball as a kid my left hand is my catching hand my right hand serves as my extended arm!
