We're back on that Camo grind in Infinite Warfare, trying to play with a miserable excuse for a shotgun. Didn't get enough questions this week for a regular CoDCast so I decided to do something a little different and give my basic review of all the suggestions that the league received this week. That means I discuss things from @STZ, @boubabi, @gorlab, @BOOM, @hedgehog337, @HFD, @punkhippie, @Green, @Kendrick, @Smarch, and @ThePenultimateOlympian06 (wtf with the name change?) as well as quickly touching on my own suggestion. I hope you enjoy this slightly weird episode.

1. Re-naming awards
I feel like the league is kind of split into eras looking at the stat lines and what not and everyone loves to be the best or break records. Season 2 records don't apply to season 50. Why not split the record books into eras. You could have a season 1-10 records since the league kind of looks like it changed around that time. Then maybe do season 10-30, 30-50, ect. You then can take the awards and rename them at the cut off points, like have the awards right now named after the guys who won them the most in season 30-50. I think doing this would add something for new guys to strive for, having a bunch of awards named after players they've never seen is cool for the history of the league but does nothing to add new guys to the old boys club and this way could still be good for history I feel as more superstars will be highlighted by having awards named after them.
 
2. Changing VHLM Team Location
I feel like the VHLM GMs should be able to change their team location, name and logo when they take over a team. I get that you want to create a history in the VHL and not move teams but in the VHLM it definitely would add a sense of pride for new GMs and I don't think it's a big deal as long as they can come up with an original logo or find someone to make one, I feel this needs to be a must. It would also need other rules like one change per GM tenure, Team name can only change once per 5 seasons, All changes need to be approved by BOG.
 
3. Grading
I see the old grading and you get good feedback and suggestions, the new system of automatic 6 for any work is inclusive letting everyone be the same but it doesn't help people grow I feel. It also makes grading lazier than in the past I feel. I'm really torn on this suggestion but I also like the old grading when researching it. I know some others have probably made this suggestion and I also saw @boubabi has told people to just tag him and he'd post suggestions which is really nice of him to do as one of the better graphic makes here.
 
4. Refusing to play with a team or trying to discourage a team from drafting you
I'm not entirely sure how to punish this or stop it but I really feel this is a cancer for the league. At least play your three seasons after being drafted and be a positive member for that team. Past issues with teams and members should be left alone for the betterment of the league. GM turn over seems to be fairly high and messing with new GMs or any GMs ability to run his team is highly unfair to them. If you feel the need to make a list of teams you are willing to play for pre-draft you should a) Not be allowed a second player option for 10 seasons. b) check your attitude or bullshit at the door, it's a sim league and playing it for 7 years doesn't make you special.

Also depends where you get drafted...for example if you go to a team that expects to be bad next season anyways, you might be more inclined to stay in the VHLM for the extra TPE

Oh and I'm throwing away a few more entries this week. Only two, I realized last week I had promoted a graphic and MS user but ignored all the podcasters. So I'm grabbing two podcasters here and giving them a highlight. @der meister and @Beketov get extra entries this week. Their two casts, the Der Podcast and CoDcast, have been running for a while now and I encourage you guys all to check both out. T-1 best regular season record of all-time.

Just calculated my stats and amazed to have 17 TPE waiting from that tracker bonus. So glad I joined such a stud team. I realize some of you almost got maximum points from 1 stat(LOcke!) but the TPE I will get is a big boost to my player. Thank you.

Again @Streetlite and @solas are disqualified right now due to posting after sims were up.

I'm assuming everyone in the league will be getting a re-roll, at least in attributes past 85 or whatever. But I've been gone for the last three days so I may be completely full of shit. If I'm not, then don't worry about it. If I am, that doesn't seem like a bad idea to take advantage of an easier scale while we have it!
