Markus King is settling in nicely in the town of Brampton. The Blades have won 2 games since he arrived, which is 2 more than they won without him there. With Brampton most likely picking first in next years VHLM Dispersal draft, King is trying to make his case for being their pick and returning to the Ontario city. "The General Manager is very encouraging in the locker-room which is something I haven't seen in my days playing. Despite our record I don't think you will find a team with the high confidence and positive attitude that we have in our LR. Our roster isn't decked out with superstars but the guys who do show up, they show up with optimism and a knack for wanting to improve", said King on his impression so far from the management team. I'd just like to say Happy new Year to everyone in the VHL! Let's make this a year of recruitment, graphics improvements, Magazine milestones and the occasional cocaine party hosted by @Rob e Z! I think often times we put the most pressure on ourselves and I believe at times you did the same. I don't think I ran across any Sim League member who had it out for you or didn't care for you. Yes but not the players actual past VHLM team so technically it lists whatever is linked in the sim, when in reality we don't play by that. The second table is somewhat useless.

I wouldn't write him off yet. Considering the issues with some teams having injured goalie, his contract looks good to a team against the cap. He isn't a bad goaltender overall (not stellar) but NY Isles play so wide open that they allow so many defensive issues. The only reason they are not bottom of the league is because they've scored a respectable amount of goals.
