What first made you love hockey and want to play for the VHL? Being able to showcase ability on skates in a tough game and the VHL is the highest level of hockey so it works! What do you do when you do not play hockey? Lexi is a part time model and figure skater as well so that! What is something your team does not know about you and your playing ability? Figure skating helps the overall dexterity on the ice and helps Lexi be an above average forward Who do you look up to in your locker-room? VHL as a whole? No one. There are a lot of people actually that I enjoy but too many to name! What goals do you have in the VHL? If you could be know for one thing in the VHL what would it be? Be a top 3 scorer for a VHL franchise. Scoring the puck is what I aim to do first and foremost. How do you see yourself in 3 seasons? Hopefully as a rookie in the VHL or in my 2nd year there.

1. Where do you see yourself going in the draft? I have no idea honestly. I don't think I will go super high in the VHLM or VHL draft as I have been kind of a bust with 2 players now. 2. What do you think is your biggest selling point to VHL teams? I'd like to think I am a good locker room presence and I know a lot of people. I also plan on being a top scorer so that could be cool too. 3. How do you feel you add to a lockerroom? Mentioned above. I know a lot of people and am usually around to chat! 4. Who will be the first person not in the room with you that you will call once you get drafted? Not in the room? What? The devil won't be because #Blessed 5. Out of all the players in the VHL, who do you model your game after? I don't know the VHL that well but whoever is a pure scorer. 6. What do you want your legacy to be in the VHL? Hopefully a top 10 scorer in the league at some point and a glue piece for a dynasty.

1. As we come up to the end of the season, how do you keep motivated for that final push? I am new to the team and here only shortly at least I think so so I just want to make a good impression! 2. Have you learned anything new this season, either about the league or the sim? If not just something in general? Not really. I'm on my 3rd player. I'd say goalie is ruthless and people will trade you for a higher tpe player like nothing even if you're built better 3. Regular Season team awards are coming up, does anyone steal the show? I have no idea! I know I won't win any but I'm rooting for my hound dogs! 4. How do you feel about our playoff chances? We made the playoffs but so far not looking good 5. Who do you feel was our “rival” this season? Everyone! We want to beat the world! 6. Do you think the NHL will resume play after the latest bout of infections? Nope. Probably not but here's to hoping!

1. As the trade deadline passes, what moves were the biggest/most surprising to you? I think Prague trading Crawford for Ligriv was a mistake as Crawford was performing better. Why give up assets for the same or worse production? 2. We're sitting in 6th right now, a somewhat disappointing position. What can we do/should we have done to improve? Just need to stay together as a team and score more goals than the other team. 3. With it looking like we'll be seeded against the Reapers, how do you feel about our playoff odds? I have not seen us beat them yet so I am afraid of that. Let's hope something changes! 4. Our last run of games has been a bit of a downer, what do you think is setting us back? Just running into some tough luck, we will bounce back 5. We recently signed Lexi Glass off of the waiver wire (welcome @AW13!), how does this addition bolster our roster? The Estonian Princess is here to dominate and hopefully help bolster some back line scoring. 6. Selfish question, I feel as though this season has been somewhat lackluster on my end. How do I be better at my job, both for the current season and the future? Just keep being active and push us to the limit!

Junior Review: Lexi Glass (The Estonian Princess) There is a notion out there that a "Girly Girl" should not be a hockey player but with a recent influx of female players into the VHL, we are seeing that narrative changed a bit with players such as Cinnamon Block or Venus Thightrap starting to pave the way for female players in the league as a whole. The next one to step on to the ice is none other than Estonian princess, Alexis 'Lexi' Glass, who has spent time both as a hockey player and as a musician and model with her truly being a do it all female. While many people on the outside see Lexi as just a pretty face on skates, her actual self and her game reveal so much more about her. Lexi has always been tough from a young age, growing up in the capital city of Talinn, Estonia which is known as a tough nosed baltic city. She was always into sports from a young age, playing games like team handball, basketball, and her favorite, ice hockey. Lexi is a natural on a pair of skates and has been known to don the figure skates from time to time to work on her dexterity on the ice, something that others in professional hockey have not had the opportunity to work on. Lexi had played youth hockey from the age of 7 and while she was never the biggest or strongest on the ice, she insisted on playing on co-ed teams or in more general men's leagues for the competition was much higher in the Baltic states and the country of Estonia. This gave her a leg up on others as she gained a toughness others did not have and helped gained her way onto the female national team of Estonia from the age of 13. Lexi got most of her experience playing with the female national hockey team and was considered the number one prospect coming out of the Baltics and had been scouted by teams in both the SHL and the VHL multiple times throughout her young career. Out of all the female hockey players in Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia, Glass was the number one and many thought she had the opportunity to compete not only at the highest level in female professional hockey but in any professional hockey league, even ones dominated by male presence. After spending time on a semi-pro team in local Talinn, playing against other Eastern European teams, mainly in the Baltics, where she scored on average about a goal per game, she decided to take her talents to the global league that is the VHL. She is known for a fierce shot and her outstanding skating ability and will have the chance to prove herself on the world's biggest stage. She will be playing out the season for cup hopeful Mississauga in Canada and after that, who knows, this is only the beginning for the Estonian Princess.
