My goal always is to just be better than Riga.
  7. I've made a post in the BoG as we've been speaking via Forum Chat. I feel as though time has banned, and though you have a history, the league has changed much. I feel like a chance should be given - though, it would be a one strike and you're out kind of deal. You have the ability to be an excelling and positive member and person when you wish to be and those qualities are things which this league desires, needs, wants and thrives off of. Though, you have poor, negative ones as well. Time has past, hopefully if they decide to give you the chance, you come back better and for the league. Have fun, don't take it seriously and be a part of the community. I would give you a chance, but that's me.
  8. YOU READY TO WIN?

I wouldn't say so. We also didn't give up a whole lot... And it's not for this season
  11. My run with the Seattle Bears has been something. Firstly, it was shadowed by a big, first attempt to which failed - followed by another fun, amazing run in a league where a lot of teams were trying to compete. Funny enough, it looks to be that way again with Davos, Riga, Seattle, Toronto, Quebec and Calgary all trying next season. For me though, it's been great and I've come along ways. Currently, I'm 1st all-time for wins (464, 2nd having 459), and this was an achievement I wanted to grab for the longest of times. Oddly enough, this achievement would mean more to me than any others when it comes to GM vs Player stuff. I'm also currently tied for 1st as the longest, SINGLE tenure GM span with the Seattle Bears - currently going for 13 seasons straight. Be nice to know what the league record is for that too! Playoff wins, while not a huge amount in total, I'm only one game behind for being tied and I believe, I'm unfortunately tied for 1st with most cup wins with 1. My next milestone is going to happen eventually soon, too. 936 games myself and ex-GM Greg Harbinson sit at. Will be cool to break that one as well and go down in the books as 1st all-time for some many different things for the Seattle Bears. +2 Kovalchuk

Accepted. Though, bitter-sweet. Such a legendary member and player/s in Helsinki. I'm sure he will be missed there in the future, though for now, heavily welcomed in Seattle. @Higgins @Quik easy talks, thanks man.
  13. You know, this could be true. We'll have to starter allowing advertisements to come in to start making some money. You need a manager? I can manage you. I can get you deals.
  14. Oh, yes. That is true. Wasn't aware you were a part of it.
  15. @oilmandan if it's 500 words and you haven't done a media spot yet.. put it in there (6 TPE instead of 2).
  16. McDavid = 95. Tired of carrying the team. Mackinnon = 70 to 80. Matthews hits 70-80 imo. Tavares somewhere in the 80's. Ovechkin I'd say 75 is good. For my Oilers: Lucic = 50 pts Kassian = 39 on the dot Nuge = 65 - Draisitl sits around there maybe too. maybe 70+

  18. 1. I'm having a BBQ next week and wish for you to attend. Though, I am curious, what is Pajari's "go to" choice for grilling? 2. Does he put ketchup on his steak? If not, try it. 3. Does he have any pre-game rituals? 4. what about superstitions? 5. Lastly, who wins the continental this season? +1 Smirnov
  19. Man, I think my entire time on this site/league, I've just made mediocre players. I mean, Blake Campbell won an Aidan Shaw and continental cup and Forsberg and Federov were pretty solid players too... but the other fillers weren't really the greatest. Now, FINALLY, it seems I may have that. Last I looked, Smirnov was Top 3 in the league for points and was cruising along with the rest of the Seattle Bears. Not only him, but Kovalchuk was leading all defenders for points.. as a rookie.. and is sitting 2nd in points for rookies, 14 points behind Smirnov (1st) and 9 above Leph Twinger in 2nd. Very happy to see this kind of production from my guys. I tend to give a lot of effort into my players and especially being a GM, it's nice to see them starting out of the gate hot. Thompson , Kovalev and Sterling are also having amazing season and I believe were just a short little while away from announcing a trade that will have us bring in another piece. We're not contending heavily this season, but we're a team that could upset as we have the power. I'm not saying we're winning, but this is to get our cavalry ready for next season and the piece we're picking up will be largely needed. Then, we have a couple of FA's that hopefully would like to come play with Seattle and maybe another trade. Very exciting time to be a Bear. LOVE IT! +2 smirnov
