Claimed:tfong's True Identity (1of3) [Final 6/6]
Banackock replied to Banackock's topic in Archived Career Tasks
Sorry tfong that I picked you as my target. -
Just a young man trying to find his starting position, Blake Campbell was given privilege to become a free agent and find a team himself. It was less than a month ago that Blake Campbell found himself sitting outside the Brampton Blade's organizations Head Quarters ready and willing to sign a one year contract agreement. There he sat quietly awaiting GM tfong to come through those doors and shake his hand, but to his surprise he was already 15 minutes late. Where could tfong have been, I'm sure the young netminder thought. 5 minutes later he crashed through those doors and that's when Campbell knew he was a Blade for sure. Blake Campbell says Blake Campbell had hired "Merica's Ant Farming inc", however, that was just the cover up they used on the van. They followed tfong around for 3 days, an entire 72 hours to unleash to the world his true identity. What you are about to see is not for the faint soul. If violence scares you, if drugs scare you, if doctors scare you or if black people scare you, please change the channel because this shits about to get real. Day one: Wednesday, March 4, 2015 On the first day of this investigation, we were able to uncover a lot of mysteries surrounding tfong and what we are about to reveal to the world is very exciting. We're ready to bring to light what the rest of the world can't see. Only question is, are you ready to see it? The Daily Log We parked outside Mr. tfong's house and waited until he woke up, which is 6:15AM everyday. At exactly 6:20AM, the alarm went off again but instead of playing the normal alarm song it played the song "Nuthin but a 'G' thang". After a minute through the song it was shut off, followed by a cadillac suburban limousine pulled up out front. By 6:25 he was seen walking out the door already sharply dressed in all black, expensive clothing. It also appears like he has a cane made out of elephant tusk but at this point it's still a rumor. He quickly got in his vehicle and due to morning commute we lost him. We looked for several hours until we came upon a house where his limousine was parked at. The sign read "Welcome to the DR's house". We parked the van exactly one block over on the opposite side of the street so we could watch the house and take more pictures. We then went on foot and looked through the windows but they were all boarded up with prison bars all through every window. The house was green with a gate in front that stay the fuck out or I'll kill you. Out back, a large yard. In the yard, a big dog. Beware of Dog the sign said. Underneath, a note that read "He will bite your dick off. Stay out". Oh yeah. Behind that dog, was another one. There was no way in so we had to play the waiting game. Not much happened as tfong wasn't seen leaving that house for the remainder of the day. Multiple vehicles did come to the building and have yet to leave. Loud music is coming from the house and the smell of ganja is definitely in the air. Two guests at the party are suggested to be Kat Williams and Snoop Dogg. They have taken the party outside and have apparently rented large flashing lights and a DJ. We decided that being the only 2 white people at an all black party wouldn't have been the best idea so we decided to call it a night. Conclusion of daily evidence The first house in which tfong left from in the morning is his legal residency, however, rather than spending all day in a mansion he decides to drive his Caddy Limo down to the dumps and party there instead. He spends the entire day there and we're unsure what time he got home or where he did. We set up tree cams and bird cams all throughout the neighbourhood so hopefully they caught something of him. Hopefully tomorrow is another productive day where we find stronger evidence to support all the questions we need answered. For now, let's get a few hours sleep so we can nail him tomorrow (next weeks Media Spot). Questions needing to be answers? 1. Who lives at the "Doctors House" and if so, why does someone rich like tfong hang around people in homes and areas like that? Not very stereotype of him. 2. How is he able to afford a luxurious mansion, a caddy limo, a backyard lake and golf course, jet skis, a basketball court (weird) and an gold fountain of himself? 3. Is his cane actually made out of elephant tusk? 4. Was it actually Kat Williams and Snoop Dogg at the party? Who else was there and why were they there?

Immediately after posting this article, Blake Campbell will have finally reached the league maximum when it comes to how much TPE a player is allowed to have in the VHLM until they must start banking it. The total is 170 and Campbell currently is sitting at 168 TPE. With these full updates eventually added to his build in the sim, Campbell will be a much stronger than a 133 TPE goalie. As of now, Campbell is sporting a decent record of 20-4-1 playing on the fairly stacked Brampton Blades team. However, Campbell is not satisfied. 157 words

Yep, you've handed us our only 2 regulation losses. Still, you can have that if it means we're sitting in first 38/39 saves against my old team... Sure!

Let me know if the position is still there!

The Brampton Blades, to no surprise, are off to an extremely strong start this season. Built with a very nice core of fairly talented players, they are one of the stronger teams in the VHLM this season. Along with their nice talent up front and on the blue line, they added to the mix free agent goalie Blake Campbell prior to the season and it seems to be paying off. The Blades, along with Campbell, are 9-2-1 in their first 12 games of the year and aren't looking to slow down any time soon. Although technically Blake Campbell hasn't struggled and has actually put up decent numbers, we feel with his and his teams talent levels, his numbers should be a bit stronger. However, we don't fear he has too much to worry as the Brampton Blades are the highest scoring team currently in the league with 13 more goals than the next team (who just so happen to be 1 point ahead of them). Expect the Blades to keep rolling and Blake Campbell to continue to improve his numbers as he's done so far this season. 187 words

It probably feels like it were just yesterday that young goalie Blake Campbell had entered the VHLM as a under 25 TPE waiver claim. He was picked up by the Minot Gladiators in an effort to ensure the young goalies interest remained high when it came to making his way to the VHL. He was a later comer to the league, meaning most of his fellow rival prospects had an edge on him when it came to development. Due to this, earning a starting position with any team would be fairly difficult. Minot already had a goalie, which meant Campbell would earn his place on the bench much more easily rather than earning a spot in between the pipes. For the majority of his first season in the league, Campbell spent much of his team as a bench warmer. During the 72 game season, he managed to play in 15 games spotting him a record of 5-6-4 -- .884% -- 5.22 GAA. He was not impressed with these numbers at all and you could sometimes see the frustration on his face. The plus side? The kid has passion and will only take the negatives and try and make them positives. Campbell is an extremely hardworking, determined and respectful young guy. Each and everyday he is looking for ways to improve his abilities, emotions and body. His effort got him noticed by the Stockholm Vikings, who ended up taking him 8th overall in the S42 VHL entry draft. Campbell heads to a team that has quite the odd situation transpiring. If not mistaken, they have 4-5 + extra goalies who could all potentially win the helm and lead Stockholm in the future. Trying to earn a starting position as a goalie is never easy, but it's something Blake Campbell plans to do. So far this season, Campbell has done exactly what he said. During the S42 VHLM dispersal draft, league management made a minor mistake which results in Blake Campbell not being included in the draft. Due to this, he was not picked up by a team. After some talks with the league, it was decided that he would become a free agent. Being a free agent is not always a easy task. There's teams you want to help, friends you want to play with or for and teams that you know have a high potential of winning. He took his time and really thought out the situation and after awhile, his mind was made up. The Brampton Blades had become Blake Campbell's new home and it seems like it was an extremely fitting option. Brampton has a lot of players, many of them with a fairly decent talent level. So far this season he's really turned things around as opposed to his performances the season prior. He's really improved his play, stepped up to the plate and brought a winning effort each game and it's earned him a record of 9-2-1 --.892% -- 2.82 GAA, and we expect him to continue to improve. - 915 Words - 3 pics -

[S42] -- (S42) G - Blake Campbell, TPE: 132 - Active Free Agent
Banackock replied to eaglesfan036's topic in Free Agency
Thanks to everyone for the interest. As posted above, I have decided to see how things go in Brampton. Best of luck to the rest of the teams though -
Blake Campbell after earning his first victory with the Minot Gladiators Blake Campbell emerged into the VHLM later than most of his fellow juniors rivals, however, it didn't take him too long to find his groove within the league and make a name for himself. He was picked off waivers by the Minot Gladiators and although he received limited playing time, he managed to not let that bother him. In fact, lot's of scouts believe that his limited junior experience only caused him to push harder in order to reach the next level. His hard work, determination and sacrifice that he's made to the league and his personal improvement has been above average and because of that, he was a fairly good commodity when it was announced he was going to be a Free Agent when he was missed in this seasons junior dispersal draft. As expected, there was great interest around the young goalie. It's not often that you see a high up, active goalie Free Agent so when one comes along, you don't hesitate. Numerous offers came into the young goalie and his agent, however, only one team can be chosen. Now, without further delay, the announcement. And the team that I will be playing with this season in the VHLM is.. Why did I choose Brampton? Brampton offers me a lot of the things I am looking for. Initially I wasn't too sure but that was only because I was fighting with my mind and heart about going to a team I really wanted to play for and to help out a team that was in need. I truly wish I could have been the guy that was willing to help, but this is likely my last season and as you know, my first one didn't go nowhere near how I wanted it to. I want to win and Brampton has a very nice set up going on. They have some nice forwards and some great defenders to help me out. I also noticed they have a decent goalie around the 90 TPE range. Although he's inactive, hopefully Brampton will be able to potentially move him for a piece or two and potentially help out a team in need. How'd it feel to be taken 8th OV by the Stockholm Vikings? It felt good to be a goalie and be chosen that high up in the draft. When it came to where I was heading on draft day, I was fairly certain on two teams and it looks like one of them chose me. I spoke to Boubabi prior to the draft day a fair amount and really got a feel for what Stockholm had in mind for their present and future. I am willing to work and continue my path towards becoming a starting goalie within the VHL. I am willing to put in the effort to show them I'm their #1 guy, that I can be their future and that I would love nothing more than to be a Viking for a long time to come. Once again, thank you so much for drafting me. What's next for you (Blake Campbell)? Currently I'm focusing on getting everything rounded out to 70. Agility, Rebound Control, Hand Speed and Size have now all hit that mark and I'm currently focusing my attention on how well I'm skating. I'm not the best skater and I think that's fairly important. However, I don't believe I'm going to work on this one all the way til 70. I might get it to 45 - 50 and then begin working on my reaction time which is also very low right now. I hope my works pays off and I can help Brampton make a strong run this season and hopefully come out on top! 891 words - 2 pics.

Earlier this week it was noted that one of the higher goalies available within the VHLM dispersal draft was left out. Due to these events and minor mistakes made by the league, they had awarded him the opportunity to become a Free Agent. To have the power to talk to teams and their managers and choose the one in which he believed was in his best interest. It's been a few days since we've heard any rumbles and the time is finally upon us. Blake Campbell, the goalie who took the league by storm early on in December, has finally come to decision regarding the team he wishes to lace up his pads and fight between the pipes for. Earlier today, his agent spoke with VHL/VHLm media regarding this matter: Announcement will be made when I'm finished the article. Thank you to the league and organizations for their patience regarding the matter. 245 words

He's been a member of the VHL for a few days over 2 months and since the day he joined, we feel it's safe to say he's come a long way. It's not easy to be a new member within a league such as the VHL, however, with the help of numerous generous and helpful he has slowly become a solid player within the league for his age. With extreme dedication and commitment and effort to better himself, along with missing only one opportunity to train, he has become a fairly well balanced goaltender who has the potential to see great success within the VHL. He was drafted 8th overall by the Stockholm Vikings which by our standards is excellent considering he was much later at entering the league than his fellow rival draftees. The future is bright for this young goalie so as long as he can maintain his fairly high level of performance and training but only time will really tell if he has what it takes to truly be an elite goalie. Blake Campbell: Although the VHL draft was very successful for the young goalie, the VHLm dispersal draft was kind of the opposite. Campbell was not on the list and therefor had not been taken by any team during the draft. After talks with the league representatives, it was decided that Campbell were to become a Free Agent and was allowed to choose the team which he would like to play for during his final season within the VHLm. Within the last hour, Campbell had put light to the situation and let the teams, league and fans know what his decision was. This is what he had to say: Blake Campbell: Afterwards, Campbell's Agent made a brief statement following his players words stating that although they don't want to release any info regarding who has contacted himself regarding his client, he wants the organizations to know that each and everyone of them are up for equal consideration and that a decision will be made in a timely manner. Although unconfirmed, sources that know Blake Campbell are saying he is swaying towards a certain team. Blake's friend: ANNOUNCEMENT WILL LIKELY BE MADE MONDAY. Thanks 699 words - 3 pics - Thanks

The draft was earlier this week and quite a successful one it was for numerous players, managers and their teams, as well as for the VHL in general. Afterwards, the VHLm dispersal draft was held and again, it went fairly well. However, the league had made a mistake and had left out a strong candidate/prospect in Blake Campbell and he now has become a Free Agent and has the option to choose his destination. It has been said that Blake Campbell will be making a press release later on tonight and will put light to the situation, share his thoughts and let the league know which team he has chosen. Prior to that, his agent gave a quick statement to VHL Sports Center earlier today and said: "Blake Campbell has been slightly busy, however, he has only missed one opportunity to better himself. He's very excited to have been given the go ahead to pick his own team and will likely do so within the next few days. In the mean time, he's fair game". 176 words.

Will be HOPEFULLY making an article tonight regarding the situation. Thanks thus far for the messages so far boys! Out of curiousity - how long do I have to make a decision?
-
Ive missed one week of Media Spot and Im considered semi-inactive, haha - what? So Im not on the ball 100% and am super busy - BUT, Im still here and am still wanting to progress my player. Ive missed one week in my entire time and keep in mind I joined much later than my other fellow juniors. I also donated to get an extra doubles week to try and catch up. Im a tad busy but hopefully that's the only week Ill be missing for a while I look forward to choosing my team over the next few days! Very excited for talks! Hopefully the right team comes around and we can chase that cup together!!

I've been using them since I've joined and haven't ever read one of your articles. I've also used them in most ESS stuff on SHL (RIP btw). Pictures suck, gifs are better. Makes em look better imo. But for your sake and confidence, yes budd, I copied you. -
It's been almost 2 entire months since Blake Campbell was declared eligible to be picked up on low waivers within the VHLM and since then, he has seen a lot of success. The young goalie had shown great strides in becoming a top goalie within the league, has made strong efforts in rounding out his players attributes and has been one committed guy to himself and his Minot Gladiator teammates. Although the Gladiators well short when it came to making this seasons playoffs and he didn't get to see the ice time he did, he was still very honored to have made the leap into juniors and play for the organization. Campbell came into the league boasting that he would be a top pick and continuously stating that he's trying to become one of the top goalies this league has seen. One has to remember though that many goalies have stated this, many have chased this and many have also failed. For now, however, Campbell has remained on track for the most part, only missing one major week of media spots due to getting a "side job" in Northern Alberta. He looks to continue his strong pace heading into the draft where he will find out where his new home will be. Will he be a top pick? Not sure. Should he be a top pick? Maybe. Only time will tell where he will go but he should turn out to be a very strong player. It's tough being a rookie player, as it's such a short lived trip and in the end, you never know for sure where your next home will be. For a young goalie, it may be even more frustrating for the simple fact that the need for the position may not be as strong as most teams only have 2 or 3 goalies as opposed to the numbers of forwards and defenders that's needed. As most are, we're sure Blake Campbell is counting down the days til the draft which is likely scheduled to be sometime this coming Monday. Best of luck to my fellow draftee members in the upcoming draft, as well as to those who are drafting. Hopefully I will go to a team that will really help my player shine and prosper so that in return I can help my future organization do the same! Cheers guys! 723 words - 3 pics -

Rumor, not fact. Although the young junior goalie has recently took a slight dip in his otherwise stellar development, he intends to still bring his "A" game the best that he can heading into the draft and his professional career within the Victory Hockey League. Earlier this morning, he was available for a quick Questioning period where he lightly touched up on his new experiences up in Northern Alberta and his intentions for his career in the VHL. 222 words
