I'd like to apply. I typically check the forum a bunch in my free time and would end up doing many small bunches of updates rather than just a few large ones. Or the other way around. IDRK. I just wanna help and earn more TPE

You know it!!! I've been pumping my offensive stats a bit more than I would've liked, but it seems to be working out for the team.

God dang it. I assumed the first question was only new cities, based on it saying "how many cities got teams" rather than how many teams moved cities. I just figured it would remove any city that already had had a team previously.
