1. We keep beating New York and really nobody else. What's the deal with that? Looks like we have a rivalry on our hands. 2. Just recently I announced that I'd be bringing in @Proto as AGM, to help keep our locker room active and to teach him some stuff about running a team. Thoughts? Should I have hired someone else or did I make the right decision? Looks like a good hire to me. Only time will tell. 3. What was your first season in the VHL and what memory from that season stands out to you the most? Getting the AGM job with Vancouver. Definitely helped keep me interested. 4. What's one thing you don't like about this league? Is there anything I could be doing as GM to change that and make it a more positive experience? I wish there was a clearer process for choosing new GMs. I feel like the whole process is over before the majority of people know it's going on. It'd be nice to apply, maybe get interviewed, etc. 5. 1. The big news for this team at the moment is, obviously, that Shawn is out and I am in. What are your honest, unfiltered thoughts on this recent development? I just arrived in Davos, so I don't really have a basic knowledge off of which to judge you. 2. How long will it take us to become a playoff team? What about a legitimate cup contender? I say 2 seasons, including this one, until playoffs. Another one or two until contending. 3. What position do you feel we need the most help with at the moment? GM 4. Give me a background of your experience with Davos. When did you first end up here? What have you accomplished with the team so far? I arrived via trade like 5 days ago. I haven't played a game in a Davos uniform. 5. Who on our team are you most excited to play with this season? Tony Bolonee. I drafted him as the AGM of Vancouver and he has certainly shown to the world why I rated him so highly. He has well outperformed his draft slot and is proving that he should have been taken much sooner. 6. @Peace told me today that he's expecting a Toronto-Davos final in S75. Challenge accepted? I'll be retired by then, but I'll certainly watch.

I really like what @DMaximus brought up with the temporary upgrades. Like Bek said, it would be hard for the simmers to keep up with all of the changes, but I think some sort of system could be used for a work-around (Maybe like half-season upgrades, for example). Something else I thought would be cool would be some sort of clutch upgrade. I know STHS doesn't have a clutch rating (or, at least, I don't think it does), but maybe like being able to buy an upgrade that boosts all of your (non-99) stats by 1 for one playoff run would be cool.
