All fair suggestions. I will soon be shifting my Portal attention to all things Team Management so I think we should be able to get some good updates in by next off-season. For this stuff in particular - I agree with @Renomitsu that a big shortcoming atm is the ability to keep track of whats going on in the Portal. For this I have a Transaction Center in the works that will (hopefully) provide an easy way to keep track of things in one place - not just FA signings but also regular re-signings, bonuses, trades, send-downs/call-ups and retirements - all filter-able by type of transaction, season, team, all that jazz. Also hoping to piggyback off of that to add a Player Movement section to Player Pages similar to what we used to have on the forum. As far as the FA threads..there could a few options. One would be to create an FA thread for a player when they get their first offer and then subsequent offers could be posted in the same thread (perhaps could allow GMs to type a message in the Portal to include in the automated post).

Wow I'm late to the party but finally watched season 8. I agree with all of your comments, S8 really let the rest of the show down in spectacular fashion. I don't hate the ending but find some parts kind of dumb like 7 seasons of making Cersei the #1 villain and she dies via building collapse and has next to no dialogue all season. Felt like it was much more Jaime's ending rather than Cersei which doesn't make sense to me. Also, I get he's the 3 eyed raven and all but it just feels like a stretch that the other 6 kingdoms would accept both an independent north and a northern ruler for themselves. Anyway totally agree the whole thing felt rushed. I thought maybe it was one of those things where people hate it just because it's the end but now I see why it has such bad ratings.

It is unfortunate but not much I can do unless someone wants to put every Team Scoring page of every index up S40 or whatever into a spreadsheet, even that would only get us to S20 tho. Probably a good case for discarding the first 20 seasons given we don't even have indexes tho

@Greg_Di I believe this is what happened - in the logs I can see 60 TPE was spent on April 22 - but if you look at update log 29 TPE was updated as of the Week Ending April 21. Add the 30 starting and only should have been 59 available to spend. Anyway, nothing to sweat about. You can keep the extra TPE for your trouble and I will just adjust your total TPE so it matches up. ?

@Josh. The problem is the calculation goes by TPA rather than TPE. I have no idea how 1 TPE would be applied and not counted (perhaps a mistake if he was manually edited at some point), but 200 TPE is applied to the player despite only 199 TPE counted: See CURRENT TPA

The option will appear when off-season starts. When the finance season is rolled forward in the Finance CP, the Portal checks contracts and sends notifications to players that have options to go deal with them in My Contract. They only show up there at that point. @Banackock

The issue has to do with 2nd players. For carryover the Portal doesn't actually get your most recently retired player..its gets your most recently created player that happens to be retired. In this case Charm would be the most recently retired player, but Baros would be the retired player that was most recently created. 2nd players can throw it out of whack. I could probably start tracking retirement date and time and get carryover directly based on that.

That is tricky. The only way I can envision is just do a function the Financier can run at the end of off-season to deposit everyones current contract...then you'd just have to work something out for people that sign during the year Alternatively could build someway for GMs to mark their player salaries as finalized and make the deposits as they do it.
