VSN shall become a writers' gulag under my iron fist (I am, however, not a circus monkey, so there's that at least). For real, though, the solution to VSN is simple: -Keep @Matt_O and @VanCanWin. Also, keep @Advantage on as he's the new hire and plans to begin podcasting for VSN full-time. FIRE EVERYBODY ELSE BECAUSE NOBODY ELSE HAS DONE ANYTHING MEANINGFUL IN RECENT MEMORY. -Hire people who can write well and who will be motivated to put out articles on a regular basis. -Encourage quality over quantity. If someone doesn't get an article out every week, but writes extensive, well-thought-out, well-written articles, that is much better than just half-asking 500 words every week without fail. It's either that, or we can continue to watch VSN be dead.

Fun fact: I had this guy marked as a steal on my draft board because I saw him asking a few questions on Discord and because @Berocka was overly excited about having another real live Australian in the league and I tried to trade up with a couple teams from the sixth round because I saw he was still on the board. They either weren't interested or just weren't around at that point, and Halifax picked him up at 51. I even asked @fonziGG if he was willing to trade immediately after the fact, but he (understandably) wanted to keep Storm around. DAMMIT FONZI

I'd have to disagree here; we've got a few full teams of players where nobody or almost nobody is active. As I understand it, the last expansion was so big simply so we wouldn't have to expand again in the future, which is a good thing to me as I was worried for a bit that we were getting a bit too volatile. I'd say there's definitely some room for more members without expanding (at least at the VHLM level), but I like the fact that our numbers are finally stable for, really, the first time since I joined the league.

Unfortunately, photo storage piles up over time. If I upload a 1 MB image, that's 1 MB off my photo storage--not just in that post, but overall. There's no real way around it, other than using Imgur.

First: Photos aren't a requirement for media spots, they're just a suggestion. Most things I write don't include photos and nobody cares. So it looks nice, but don't worry about needing it. Second: If you do want to add photos, the forum only lets you upload a certain (small) amount of images. There's probably a simple explanation as to why, but I don't know it. After you've used up that space, the best way to include images is as follows: -Create an Imgur account if you don't have one. -Upload the image you'd like to Imgur. -Once that's done, right click on the image and click "copy image address" from the options it gives you. Once you go back to the forum and hit paste, the image will automatically show up and replace the link (note: this ONLY happens with a "copy image address." A couple other similar-looking options will show up, but don't use those as they won't work). Hope this helps!

Here's a "movie detail" moment: As we all know, the forum autocorrects a certain synonym for "fast" to "quik." HOWEVER, it is always autocorrected to "quik," even if the word in question begins with an uppercase Q. I shall demonstrate by typing the word in this manner here and watching as it autocorrects as foretold by the prophecy: quik The title of this article, though, begins with "Quik," with an uppercase Q. Therefore, we can deduce that @Matt_O understood the specifics of said autocorrection, and typed "Quik" as it is, without absentmindedly spelling the word correctly and seeing it change.

Well, that was certainly unexpected. Talk about the fact that you're beating all the good teams one day and get knocked off by a middle-of-the-pack one today...and it's not even close.

What, in your opinion, is the single most notable moment or development in VHL history? Many people around the league seem to believe that VSN is overpaid and doesn't do much. Do you agree or disagree, and why? Assemble a "dream team" (6F/4D/2G) of real VHL players that you think would be the best team to have to win the cup this season. Do the same thing again, but this time your team has to be built for success now and for 5 seasons to come in the future. Talk about any VHL team, aside from the Nighthawks (or Toronto), that you feel is managed very well and whose GM you respect. You can sign any one player in the league not on Malmo to Malmo for the rest of their career for league minimum salary. Who do you pick? We've heard a lot of talk about the fact that the EU conference is, as a whole, much stronger than the NA. Do you consider this a concern, or does it not really matter?
