A couple things going bonkers with the dead. Doom (Maf) claims Eno was the OG Vamp. While believable this gives Hatter a claim to sheriff, which I don't believe from him throwing me as sus. That leads me to believe Hatter is Maf. I'll let you know now, the answer is no. Goalies are awarded C's on forums as the official captain and teams run a different C in STHS

The problem I see is purely the TPE advantage. A goalie could play backup for two seasons and amass 750+ TPE then swap to being a starter and potentially thrash any actual rookie. While more fair to the goalies you also made it unfair for the skaters. I wouldn't mind seeing goalies allowed an extra season if they play backup in their rookie season (say 15 game max). But that's a thought for a different discussion thread that I'll probably go make

Love yah bud and you had a great season but simply put, you didn't play enough to get a mention. And that's coming from the goalie who won it himself. While those guys have lower point totals they had effect in 72 games.

Another week another VHL.com so I can cross claim it in PBE. It's been an interesting offseason as Seattle has made a lot of moves to fit under the cap and retool as we look to get back on track for the upcoming season and the future. In the draft we picked up Vikingstad, Uhtred and Zyrok in the first round and Ray Shields in the second. During offseason our trades had us pick up Glade Jr, Clarke and M. Nygren. Seattle looks prepared to make a big run at future cups as on top of their prospects their top players have peaked and their goalie has topped out at 1070 TPA and Greene reached up to 1008 TPA. We look to be set on all fronts for a while though we will have to pick and choose who stays and who goes as cap space, while not a problem, will not be great for Seattle. Stay tuned next week for Minnesota's recap on the offseason and draft.
