I honestly appreciate your take on the culture of the E as a whole. We do need to do better. And I think things are stagnating right now to the point of it being a bit dead in terms of involvement. We need to fix it. And I think the start up of this league, being a bit rocky and clunky the past 2 seasons, has hurt it as well. This might be a call for a lot of the VHLE GMs to start working on things to make it seem more exciting and meaningful. I’ll admit, right now it seems like a bump in the road on the way to the VHL. It needs some creativity and passion, but - as it was mentioned - some of us GMs have gotten complacent. Myself included. I think it’s time to get to work on this. Regardless of people’s current opinions, it’s on the GMs and management to kick things into gear here.

PRESS CONFERENCE - Week of December 5th, 2021 (Just answer at least 6 of the questions for 2 TPE) 1). This season has finally started! How do you feel we kicked things off? 2). What are your goals for your player this season? 3). Who so far has been a stand out player on the team? 4). What is your favorite candy bar? 5). Are you an early bird or a night owl? 6). PC or Mac? 7). Which other VHLE team do you think we have a rivalry with? 8). What is your prediction for our final record at the end of the season? (Mine is 46-18-8) 9). Hypothetical: you can now only watch one Christmas movie every year at Christmas for the rest of your life. What is that go to Christmas movie?

Soft with beef/chicken/pork/chorizo. Pretty much any protein with the right seasoning. Get some cheese in there, chop some tomatoes, some onions, make some guacamole, and add some hot sauce. Pile it high, try to fold it, give up, hold it folded in half, eat it, then grab a fork and eat the stuff that falls out onto your plate when you’re done with the taco.

1). I think there are a good number of teams with decent rosters, so it will come down to who we end up struggling with the most. 2). Not really, sure there won't be as many roster spots but I don't think there will be enough actives to keep them full. 3). Assemble a dynamite roster in the draft. Oh wait, you did 4). Adjustable. As a center, my role is to win draws and play well. 5). 3 penalties in 3 different periods. Being a man short in the last minute is way too brutal. 6). It's a great community to share this hobby with!

From the Istanbul Red Wolves Locker Room: The Motivator award goes out to the person on the team and in the locker room that exemplifies the mentality of the team. They contribute to the locker room and work hard to make it a fun place for everyone! They skated with unmatched capability, holding some of the longest ice time for each game. When needed, in many different situations, they were there and ready to compete. The member that was the cultivation of grit, production, and leadership on the team. Arguably the best player on the team, this award is given to the most valuable player on the Istanbul Red Wolves. Do you have any predictions for the VHLE next season? 6). Describe your ideal day! 7). What is your ideal weather like? 8). Hypothetical: humanity has just achieved the impossible: we have created a drug that give you immortality. Do you decide to take it? 9). Straight up, how are you doing? Everything going ok for you?

I’m honestly a huge fan of this and would be curious to see more of these! I like how we can see the ripples through the league over just a simple trade. On top of that, everything is laid out here in great detail and is easy to read. I’d say the only little critique I’d make would be to make the lines between each aspect of the trades just a hair thinner (TO SSK in the middle of the trade tree is a little squished between the lines). Other than that, fantastic work! Score: 9.5/10

Congratulations on the first ever VHLE Championship! It was great to hear in your story about your dad throughout your media spots. I would have loved for you to go into more detail about how the locker room was after the game but it was great to hear your excitement in the interview. You can feel the moment in your media spot, it's very energetic and reflects the great win you had. Thanks for posting and good luck in the rest of your career! Score: 9/10

1). Still think it's gonna be Ottawa! 2). I really don't have a preference, very much a go with the flow. Regardless of where I end up it gives me the opportunity to meet new players! 4). Strength, skating, and puck handling. If I can get those up, people better watch out for Laperriere 5). I'm hoping to crack 50 or so. 7). It's a toss up between a few, but I think I'd have to go with how Oblivion felt the first time I started to play that game. That feeling was special. 9). I have a feeling they will get close to that record, things aren't looking good for them.
