Action 3: Sabrina saunters up to the Dragonair, which seems suitably recovered from the assault it took earlier. She nods, the great beast understands, and the battle begins!

Alakazam is sent forth to use Psychic and add mental trauma on top of the physical damage Dragonair received earlier.

Exeggutor also contributes with more Psychic mental trauma in relief efforts. It is holding the Oran Berry just in case for this battle.

Dragonair uses Body Slam and then Dragon Breath. Alakazam has 0.9 HP left!

    Alakazam uses Psychic twice. KO!

You gain $500 for some reason not clearly understood.

Where do you want the levels to go?

Sorry, I should have reminded you of this again:

After the battles, Professor Oak hears the roar in the distance. He leaves the Housewifes of Saffron City in the dust with his bike, as research duty trumps getting booty.

Finding the big Dragonair wilding out, he clutches at his three most clutch balls.

”According to my research, you’re about to get rekt you punk ass little bitch!” Professor Oak shouted, a little too confidently.

    (Action 3: Battle Dragonair)

He leads his Gyarados, who spams Dragon Rush. Next will come Weepinbell, who will spam Body Slam. Finally, if necessary, he’ll send out Machop, who can hopefully finish the job with Low Kick if we have a STAB mechanic, Knock Off if not.

Should the dragon fall, I’ll distribute enough levels to Machop to get him to evolve, and the rest can go to Gyarados.

Machop walks up to Geodude and grabs those levels from out of Geodude's hands.

"Hey!" Shouts Geodude. Machop silently walks away, holding up the EXP Share in one hand and his middle finger up in the other.

"Duty trumps booty. Duty trumps booty." Your mantra leads you to the Dragonair. You send out your Gyarados to fight! Drsgonair groans as if to say 'Not this OP wannabe Dragon again...'

    Gyarados wins!

4 levels to Machop. 1 to Gyarados. You earn $500.

    Machop Evolves into Machoke!

    Umbreon wrecks the other one!

You gain $145 and Umbreon gains 1 level.

Me @dlamb and @OrbitingDeath  will use our 1st action of the day to attack the lvl 30 Dragonaire.

Dlamb use his Gyarados with Dragon Rush
OD use his Gyarados with Dragon Rush

me with Eevee holding  Oran Berry.

Ash, Gary, and some other guy put aside their differences to hunt down this dragonair. They decide it's a great time to take advantage of the fact that the game moderator forgot he gave OP Gyarados a Dragon type move.

Gyarados lv 23 uses Dragon Rush... it's a 1 hit KO!

Each trainer gains 3 levels to the Pokemon involved in the fight, and $700.

    @dlamb  @OrbitingDeath  @Lemorse7

  16. As morning approaches, rivals face off! First we have Red @omgitshim vs Blue @Goliathus!

Red's Gyarados uses Hydro Pump for 167 damage. Charmander faints!

Next is the main event... Ash @dlamb vs Gary @Lemorse7

    Ash

    Ivysaur lv 18

    Gyarados lv 23

    Charmeleon lv 18

    Gary

    Charmeleom lv 21

    Eevee lv 23

    Eevee lv 23

Ivysaur vs Charmeleon - Ivysaur gets off a Body Slam, but Charmleon's flamethrower is too much!

Ash gets his revenge though as Gyarados unleashes a brutal Hydro Pump to take out Charmeleon!

Gary sends out Eevee who tackles Gyarados. But Gyarados responds with a Hyper Beam!

Gary sends out another Eevee... another hyper beam!

Ash defeats Gary! He earns 1 VP.

As day 3 dawns, a roar is heard in the distance... it's a level 30 Dragonaire!

Trainers may choose to battle the Dragonaire as one of their actions!

Defeating Dragonaire solo awards 5 levels and $500. The levels can be given to any Pokemon involved in the battle, and can be split up among multiple Pokemon.

If 2 trainers team up to beat Dragonair, they will get 4 levels + $600.

If 3 trainers team up (1 pokemon each), they will receive 3 levels and $700 each.

    Happy Adventuring!

  17. And Day 2 is concluded!

    TWO RULE UPDATES

    - Pokemon in encounters will now increase in level by 1 each day. In other words, on day 1 Pokemon will be between levels 10 and 20. On day 3, they will be between 12 and 22. On day 7, they will be between 16 and 26.

This is meant to help make Exploring scale better as the game goes on. However trainers will find that relying on exploring to help them level their Pokemon beyond the mid 20s becomes increasingly slow and difficult... It may be advisable to find other means to level your Pokemon...

    - Each member of the Elite 4 may only be challenged once per day.

Also for those interested, I am working on a page in the spreadsheet to keep track of how many VPs everyone has. Now keep in mind most people don't yet have their VPs from their role, and nobody has any VPs from the Final Tournament. Also VPs for ties are paid out at the highest amount. For example, if two people both ended the game with the same number of total Pokemon, they would both get max VPs for Pokemon Breeder. The spreadsheet does not account for this.

Below the tournament VPs table, there is an unsorted table showing the combined levels of each trainers top 3 Pokemon.

    Day 2 Highlights!

    - Our first trade resulted in Gengar and Alakazam evolving

    - Our first Stone was used to evolve an Exeggutor

    - Every region has now been explored

    - Multiple members of the Elite 4 were challenged

    - A couple of members bought a bicycle

    - Every Pokemon found in the wild has now been encountered at least once

    - A Pokemon fled while trying to be captured for the first time today

    - The first Berry was used today as well

Tonight bitter rivals will face off... Results in the morning!
