To be fair, anyone with a stripper/Bond girl name like that is likely to live rent free in quite a few minds, historically speaking. Eh, they have plenty of HISTORICAL wins, Davos was probably the most successful franchise in the first half of the league’s history. The struggle bus has been driving the next 40 seasons unfortunately. And yet despite that, if you include Avangard’s Cup, Davos STILL has the 3rd most Cups in league history. I think, it was a pretty rough count.

Listening to all you kids fail at GMing the Minors has been delightful! It was a very wholesome and adorable podcast. Who actually recorded the podcast, and what program did you use? I’m trying to diagnose why @Brewins15 was having slight audio issues. I also thought she said “I like gumballs but I don’t like gum.” Speaking of which, @JigglyGumballs was also mentioned in this podcast. The dog should have been featured more prominently, I heard it rattling around in the back! Sam you missed a golden opportunity to recruit your roommate. Think of the TPE! Fun fact: Some of us olds call (or at least used to call) @Devise “Device” as a meme because of how commonly it gets misconstrued. Anyway, well done all!

Segregate the Euros into their own group. Perhaps at sign-up we also include our time zone, and that's how groups are determined. I suppose the potential drawback of this is that the Euros will always be in same or similar groupings, but that's my stab!

This was exactly how the S1-SXX OG system worked! And the very same thought went through my mind as I was puzzling out how to balance roster sizes in the M, but ultimately I think new members having some immediate agency in which team they get to join is probably the better system (That way you and all your friends/recruits can swarm the Reapers at will ). There does need to be some kind of solution to roster imbalance though, especially since it's such a stacking problem. You want to give new members a positive initial experience, and you can't do that by signing them onto your team with three players, so you don't sign them, and then you have 3 players all season. Perhaps we implement a roster minimum, maybe allow some inactive player signings, and perhaps add a system so a single team can't sign "X amount" more new players via free agency than the team that has signed the lowest amount. So the team struggling to sign new players could theoretically be the only team eligible to sign a player at certain point if every other team in the league has signed "X amount" free agents and they haven't signed any. Once they finally sign a free agent, every other team could be eligible to sign one again. This isn't a perfect idea at all, but it's something.

To double down on Beav's comment, we truly do not care. In fact, I'd much rather hire someone to the VHL who was more committed to the stated purpose of the VHLM than someone who loaded up on re-creates and high TPE inactives, even if that meant being mediocre but having an active locker room and producing active new members. The VHLM was still like this when the VHLE didn't exist.
