I get a number of things off bb. amino build, multivits, fish oils, casein, whey and whey/casein protein powders, creatine... I've done Jim Stopanni's shortcut-to-shred. Did that at the beginning of the year. It was fantastic. Now I'll probably go back to it... but I'm going to modify it
