Same goes for LA, even though not at the same scale their TPE average is maybe low to mid 400s... Even ignoring how much the concept breaks the TPE limits we have set in place (for a reason) it would likely just be the same teams swapping back and forth because you’ve got rebuilding VHL teams up against “built” VHLE teams but those VHLE teams are likely still going to lose against the top VHL teams which will send them right back down and repeat the cycle. Additionally there would be 0 reason for anyone to sign with a rebuilder (which is already hard enough to convince them) knowing they’ll likely just get sent down a league. But yeah, even ignoring those the actual logistics don’t work when most of Vasteras’ roster wouldn’t be allowed in the VHL at their TPE levels and most of Davos wouldn’t be allowed down for the same reason.
