How is me being inactive with my player not allowing me to have an opinion? I lurked the board more than anyone. Just never did anything with my player because it was so confusing on how to improve him. So I disagree there. Until you know the full story, don't just assume. I was talking committee, not awards specifically. I'm on the committee over there and the guys who voted were some of the most bias I have seen on that site. Guys who in the past showed their willingness to vote their friends in over who deserves it. You keep claiming the SHL is better in your posts it seems. Your last point is somewhat silly, projected math is good but if it's already been presented or already implemented ages ago and didn't work, why would we say yes to it? Seems rather ineffective to beat our heads against a wall. Once a season, and no further communication. I would love to have members coming forth with their issues or thoughts and not have them shot down quickly. If you couldn't figure out how to update your player, what level of understanding would you have of the going-ons in the league? Seems like not very high. What awards were not awarded based on math? Simons had the highest point totals, Hallsy won the ones he should've, the only ones that are subjective are hardest working. If you're on the award committee why didn't you vote? Hardest working is so subjective because not everyone has full access to all sectors of the website. If it's so biased why aren't more neutral players joining the awards committee? The suggestion to alter the way the VHLM cap works is my biggest example, but there are others. It's a great suggestion, not a new one based on everyones reaction to it, and I showed how it would address the issues that arose. Not a single solid counter-argument was presented. It was also never put into a fan590 with a poll to see what the people, WITH THE ISSUE WITH IT, thought of it and if they'd like that better. The toxic members on the SHL are here as well, the balance is that SHL has a larger population so they get drowned out easier. I'll never understand why you openly hate the SHL so much but continue to contribute to it, it doesn't make sense to me. I for one love how Minny is turning out and I think a lot of people just think it's funny to hate on them. The team is looking good this year honestly. It was a bad joke, I'm sorry. I like what JT's doing with it and he's making some solid moves to turn that franchise around. Meow and Banjo mismanaged that place into the ground and you guys are all making it a place people would actually want to join. There are 3 questionable members on the committee and I have brought that up with people in power already. Who is stopping you from making a poll though?
