its counted only as 83, you need to add decimals yourself

This system, did it take into account all TPE earned before the update or did it just regress attributes a certain Amount? Because someone banking would be far less affected than those that didn't.

It took the TPE that was put into attributes and changed that over to what the new outcome would be with the new scale. It doesn’t benefit banking at all because while those points “don’t get effected” they now need to be added at the new scale as they would have been changed to anyway.

The compensation pay can be applied to inactive players. They just can’t be given the free re-roll; they must do that themselves if they wish to use it.
