1) What a convenient time for me to answer this question! In case you were not aware the Vancouver Wolves are winners of the S67 Continental Cup, so I think the season went superb!

2) It was necessary in order to not have every team be filled with 3 lines so people could actually get playing time, especially goalies. I think expansion if it can happen is always good to bring a general excitement to the league

3) I really like how they chose Diamond Ace as the proven GM who we know at minimum is competent, combined with Enorama is could be the next big new thing. I think this is a good blueprint for future GM hiring.

4) It is a great way for newer members to showcase that they can remain a competent leader of an organization, but is not the only way you can qualify to be a VHL GM. The VHLM strategically is way different from the VHL.

5) Probably not because it is a crap shoot if the sim likes you or not, there are barely any stats to track, and if you aren't a tpe whore the whole time you can't make a useful player.

6) Probably forward because they get the most points

7) Goalie for all the reasons I cited above, even though I have never actually made a goalie.

8. I would have been open to it, especially if it's a GM I trust and have a good relationship with. 

9) I would be interested in re-joining the BoG, but I understand why I haven't been re-instated. There are plenty of qualified candidates now that the league is thriving.

10) I would relocate DC to Philly, the best city in the world. In the EU, I still don't know where Malmo is and would relocate it to a real city like London.

Also, your pizza crimes are noted. So the actual question, if you had no choice but to have at least 3 toppings on your pizza or starve, what are your 3 toppings of choice? (Or starve I guess you meat and cheese weirdo. Only Ketchup on burgers too?)

1) It's about as surprising as the sun rising in the morning. If I owned a diner I would make a meal called the DT special and give it half off to all retirees.

2) On a scale of 1-10, probably a 3.1415927. While it is funny that I remain to be better than you at everything, this league is supposed to be for fun so you do you.

3) Because Gritty is the greatest mascot of all time

4) It's not that hard to at least do welfare, press conference, and vhl.com every week, literally takes 10 minutes. The hard part for me is updating

4) Make Gritty a top line player because he is a beast. Also, shore up the goaltending position. IF Greg can do that himself by being an active beast, awesome

6) I have seen different designs in the Vancouver locker room, but I really don't care. Every single team logo could be a potato and I wouldn't care because art is boring and dumb

2) LOL how about that timing. I wasn't planning on staying with Vancouver my whole career as I wanted to try out FA at some point, but I was very likely re-upping for at least one more season.

3) I don't think I would have to break the rules I am sure the GMs could accomodate me as this is a players league and make a fair trade

4) The community here is awesome, and also for me personally to prove I can make a player who gets past 200 tpe

5) Very little. Even growing up we rarely fought once I got past say age 7 or 8. We are both very relaxed individuals who are very hard to make mad. 

6) If I had to have 3 toppings it would be barbecue chicken, pulled pork, and mac and cheese. Honestly I think one slice of that would be pretty good. For my burgers, I am a big lettuce and tomato guy, and some onion is acceptable but not necessary. I despise mayo, but ketchup for sure as well.

2) I haven't started my research yet so this could change, but Moscow because expansion + Victor, Prague because expansion + Diamond Ace, and Riga because of my past history are all options. Any contending team would be of interest though with the right pitch.

3) With how competitive it is, probably not. I don't know if I'm active enough to prove myself at this point, which is fine. While I still enjoy VHL it no longer entertains me for hours on end like it used to.

4) Probably not, you need to be a tpe whore for it to be worth it and even then STHS just hates you sometimes.

5) Not really, my past players that were retired early had low tpe totals and would have been a big hole to climb out of.

1) First of all, you got both of those wrong. I do like poptarts, but if I am eating junk food there are other junk foods I enjoy more hence I don't eat poptarts on purpose, but would if I was hungry and they were there. Only liking cheese pizza is also incorrect, I prefer it be plain but if it has pepporoni or sausage or whatever I will still eat it, but I just don't think it's necessary. Another food thing you may not know about me is that I think grilling corn is terrible and completely ruins the taste, especially when our parents put that lime spread on it.

 

2) I could see an argument for a hot dog because it is meat in between two pieces of bread. A taco is definitely not a sandwich though. Speaking of tacos related to #1, I am not a big taco fan. I will eat them but prefer not to.

3) I don't keep up with the VHL enough to answer this with modern players, so let's use past players.

 

LW - Jeevan Samuelson from the VHLM, the guy inactive who had like 90 scoring and nothing else

C - Robin Gow - Two way forward and playmaker who racks up a lot of assists

RW - Brennan McQueen I guess, I don't know many power forward types off hand

LD - Smitty I guess, can't really make a comparable to your player with strong slap shot but weak wristers, puck mover

RD - CGY D2

 

4) I'd give it a 5, so another way to look at it is 50%. The team is actually stronger on paper than I thought, and a deep playoff run could convince me. I'm not thrilled with the minimal team activity though.

 

5) Probably not, in order to not be a backup your whole career you need to be a tpe whore, which I have the potential for but most likely couldn't keep it up a whole career. Much easier to make a decent player as a skater than a goalie.

1) I am much more interested in being a VHL GM than a VHLM GM. If I were to be a VHLM GM, I have a strong Ottawa connection from my first player and being on them with Diamond Ace, or Philly because it is my home town.

2) Not offended at all you owe me nothing. I am just happy you did them.

3) He is taller, larger, and has longer arms than me, so he would most likely win. My only bet would be to prolong the fight because if I made it go past 1 minute he would be out of breathe. If running away is an option, I could turn the fight into a draw because his slow ass has 0 chance of catching me

5) Once upon a time @Da Trifecta was a VHLM GM, and @JardyB10 posted that the trade deadline was something like 7PM Mountain time or whatever tiny little farm village time he was from. DT lives in EST, and his tiny brain was not able to figure out how to work time zones. He tried posting a trade after the deadline had passed, and Jardy blocked it. DT went on a huge tirade like usual, and completely blamed Jardy for not posting every single timezone in the trade deadline thread. Someone who isn't lazy should go find this comedic gold @Victor I choose you.

1) My goal was to get a point per game, and Gritty was on pace for that in the beginning but unfortunately still has fallen off. The main goal is still winning a cup and that is in play with Moscow making the playoffs

2) All you gotta do is make the playoffs and let the small sample size do its work, it really doesn't matter what seed you have. Hopefully Poptart can hold down the fort for us in goal now, because we sure can score

3) Smitty obviously because he is the bestest player in the league

4) Smitty because he leads (actually might be in 2nd now) defensemen in points but also is such a great two way player.

5) @Dil because it would be an easy win just like any time I play him in the playoffs

6) Me and Smitty made a much larger impact on Moscow than we would have on Seattle. Probably wouldn't have changed much in Seattle's season and would have been maybe a little less stats for me with less playing time.
