With all of these new faces in the LR who has made the biggest impression on you and expand on that ? I was excited to see all of the moves that the Reapers made, and it was part of the reason I made the decision to sign here. I wish we had 3 on 3 OT like the NHL does, because it makes more games end in OT, but the way we do it is still OK. I'm not surprised by this. The Reapers are rolling and look like an amazing team out on the ice. We work hard and will continue to put our best efforts out on the ice until we win the cup. 2). Bob Helminen is always vocal in the locker room and pushes us to win. He's very adamant on winning it all this year, and seeing that fire in practice everyday is really motivating. 3). Well, being that I am Victor, I would like to turn this around and thank the organization for giving me the opportunity to join the team when I did. Everyone here has been really great and I have had a lot of fun being a Philadelphia Reaper! 4). Although I do want to improve my draft stock, the more important thing for me is to win the cup this year with the Reapers. That's my main focus. 5). Some of that chili landed in my skates. I had to spend like an hour trying to rinse it out and get rid of the smell. But definitely a highlight in the locker room this year, what an entrance. 6). I felt that the Reapers were going to be my best chance at learning from talented individuals and bettering myself as a player. I still feel that they are and I continue to improve everyday with this organization. Spence King
Mike 708
1) Lies the Buffalo Bills are the best team with the best fans. 2) DMaximus: Reaper's Overlord & GM 3) I haven't spent any time personally talking to Victor but reminds me of myself at the start of sim leagues bright eyed and bushy tailed. 4) I've cleared the 250 TPE a few weeks back so definitely end of VHLM Career. It has been short and sweet 2 seasons have flown bye. I'm hoping for another cup win get that repeat. 5) What? lol 6) Best part about the Reaper LR is they don't bother me. Dmaximus overlord and GM gave me my requested corner locker-room by the exit door. I'm the last one to arrive to practice each day and the first one to leave. You won't see me showering in the locker-room. I get in and get out. Spence King

Probably my first goal as a Reaper. It was in my 9th game as a Reaper against the Mississauga Hounds. We were down two, and with a minute and a half left, Ziarie sets me up for an absolute PERFECT one-timer! I remember it like it was yesterday. In the playoffs, each game really counts. The regular season games can sometimes not matter as much, but here, each game is critical. Really brings out an energy on the ice. 2). Just gotta keep our heads in the right place and keep battling. We can't let one series win get to our heads too much, we could easily lose the next one. 3). Spencer Elsby, really showing up on the blue line with 8 points. He's been a rock in our D-core. 4). My personal highlight was netting my first goal with the Reapers. I'll remember that first one throughout my entire career. 5). SSK, I like being the lower team in the standings compared to our competition. Helps keep me focused on playing my best and not letting up. SSK has a crazy goal differential in the playoffs, and I think they might come out a little too sure of themselves after their 1st series win. 6). Passing and Puck Handling. My +/- rating is low so I'm really looking to improve my quality of passes and staying with the puck throughout the playoffs. Turner 8
1) For many of you this was either your first playoff series or first playoff series win, what is it that makes playoff hockey so much more intense? It's so intense because it's do or die. The fear of losing and feeling all that pain is what drives you to play the best hockey you can so you can have your name put down in history. 2) With round one down after a smooth 4-1 victory in round one defeating Mississauga, what are your thoughts going into next round? To be honest a little nervous. SAS has more regular season GF and less GA. It'll definitely be hard fought, and I definitely believe we can get it done and take this series. 3) After round one if you had to name a team MVP who would you put the "Team Cape" on? I'd Have to say Spencer deserves the MVP award for that series. He got 2G and 6A in the 5GP AND managed to play well defensively, leading the team in shot blocks with 8. 4) What has been your personal highlight of this S72 season? Probably my first playoff goal. There was about 4 minutes left in the 2nd, and I end up getting the GTG, but we end up losing in OT 5) Round 2 looks like the Reapers will be matched up against either SSK or MEX depending on the winner of the big game 7 between MIN and MIA. Regardless of either foreign Country (Canada/Mexico) Which team would you rather be matched up against? And if you honestly do not care, what make you think that way? I hope it's Canada, because at this time of year the weather is usually very pleasant. 6) What skills have been your main focus on developing going into and as the playoffs progress? My shooting. My shooting ability has gotten much better over the past few weeks, and it has really helped my game out a lot. Spence King
Mike 708
1) The winner take all you can lose and have the season be over at any moment makes playoffs more exciting. NHL/VHL/MLB/NBA regular season games just don't have any where close to the appeal of a playoff scenario. 2) Since I'm late to this we are up 3-2 right now. I fully expect us to win the next game and take the series 4-2. 3) Got to give the MVP hat to the GMs for putting the team together before the trade deadline. 4) Regular season goal increase from last season to this has been tremendous. 5) If we finish beating SSK then them. If we end up losing then Mexico 6) I've been VHLM skill capped for a while now so no focus on improving right now. Just trying to give it all and win without setting my sight on VHL just yet. Philliefan 69
1) This Series with Saskatoon has been an all-out war every night for 60+ minutes. This series could have easily been the finals with debatable the two top teams. Tonight June 6th 2020 its do or die for the legendary S72 Reapers, How are you personally going to ensure victory in game 7? Offense. I'm still working on rounding out my game without the puck, but I'm still pretty darn good with it on my stick. 2) Each game so far in the 2nd Round has been some of the best hockey and most intense/exciting back and forth play… Other than game 4 where your team only managed a season low 8 Shots on net, WHAT HAPPENED !? Uhhhhhhhhh no comment. 3) Who runs the music in the dressing room and what genre, or artist is usually playing on the team stereo before games? Never me. Nobody else on the team likes it when I get the aux 4) Many of you this could potentially be the last time wearing a Philadelphia Reapers Jersey, whether you’re going into the VHLM dispersal draft or graduating to the pros, What has been your most memorable experience as a member of the Reapers Organization ? Getting my first playoff point. It was a meaningless goal in a game already won, but it still felt great to get the monkey off my back. 5) With almost a dozen playoff games under your belt, How do you feel about your personal performance compare to your expectations ? I mean, I wish I was doing better, but considering how few games I've gotten under my belt in general, I can't say I've been doing too poorly. 6) Are there any changes or improvements to increase activity and teammate communication that could be made in the Reapers Discord LR ? Nah, I'm loving life in my hometown. Spence King
Mike 708
1) I'm going to stay off social media before and during the games. I plan to leave my cell phone in the locker-room instead of using it on the bench. 2) The refs were bribed almost every time we went over the blue line they called icing. 3) I like to think I run the radio around here. I keep it on sirius XM Octane some hard rock. 4) Most memorable moment is when I was traded here from Ottawa. 5) I am definitely underperforming this playoffs compared to last season. With another year under my belt I expected big things. 6) Get everyone on to play a game together Friday Fun Day. Spence King

Just play my game, give it my all, and hope the team comes out on top! 2). I don't know if it was how we slept or what, but we laid a serious egg. We couldn't get anything going. Passes weren't connecting, breakouts weren't forming the way we wanted, we just fell flat for the whole night. 3). I actually pop in my headphones for a majority of the locker room time before games. I like to get in my own head and really focus before I hit the ice. 4). I think the whole experience has been memorable, the fans and the organisation have really been there for me the entire time of my career beginnings. I'm very thankful to have worn a Reapers jersey in my career. 5). I'm still looking to improve, my +/- ratio is still too low for my liking. However, I have notched an assist so my passing has been improving! 6). I've found the locker room interaction level to be just about perfect. Nothing too crazy but some talk and planning going on. That kind of performance is not acceptable 3) Honestly not really sure I through my own headphones on and go into my own world to focus up 4) Gotta be my teammates we have a great group in this room and I will never forget it 5) I am very happy with how I have been playing continued my success from the regular season 6) I don’t think so things are pretty good most guys are decently active and engaged

But either way, we all have to lay our bodies on the line and do everything we can to get a victory in this game. I think it's what you said in the first question - Saskatoon is one of the best teams in the league, so some nights, they're going to have our number, and some nights, we're going to have their number. When I run it though, it's 00's punk rock. For me personally, it's been nice getting to know some of the newer guys to the league - I'm looking to know more members of the league. As the league keeps growing, I sort of recognize fewer faces. I exceeded my already low expectations. Got a couple of points and kept getting assists. Given the high turnover in the VHLM, a locker room can vary greatly from season to season. Sometimes personalities click, sometimes they don't. Sometimes you get a lot of quiet people, sometimes you get a lot of talkative people.

We've already played our first games. What I did was put in any last minute TPE updates. 2) What is your favorite fruit? Mine are watermelons.3) Tell us a little about your initial experience so far in Philadelphia? I've been enjoying myself here in Philly. Love the players, the staff, and really it's been so great getting to be drafted by such a welcoming team.4) Returning this season is S72 VHLM Top Goaltender Award Winning John Poremba, how does it feel knowing you have such an amazing netminder every night ? I always admire award winning players, so playing with one is a true honor. 5) This season the Reapers are looking to be in rebuild mode after trading away Capped TPE Center Superstar, Jer Levebvre, General Manager Dmaximus was quoted " We're excited for the new season! We have a young team, hungry to prove themselves. We're hoping to sign many players through waivers and compete throughout the season.” What are your goals as a team this season? Well, I'm hoping to be a reliable 2nd line forward who can make plays and score goals. I'm hoping we as a team can compete, and at least not be last place. I know we can do well, when we are working together. Today was just the beginning. 6) What are you looking to improve the most in your own game and how you plan on achieving these personal goals ? For me, I think I need to round up my game. I'm too focused on scoring goals, maybe I need to make more passes and smart plays to help the team succeed. I will be achieving this goal through weekly TPE tasks, and working on my offensive skills. Spence King
