Thompson (probably the best VHL player) signed with a team that made the finals two years in a row, and beat him last year, so obviously they should be better than everyone. Also the excitement is expected but definitely not artificial. This is my first final in over 3 real life years, despite winning at least 5 or 6 victory cups in that time. I'm not going to lie though STHS having Helsinki lose after all this talking would be so on brand and hilarious that I kinda secretly want it to happen even if all of that HSK team deserves this win.
