1. Draft season!! How do you feel about the teams new additions?

Thrilled to be among them. Lots of amazing talent here, eager to learn from my teammates. 

2. If you were GM and could make 1 off season addition to this team; what would you do? 

I am way too underskilled to be making calls about moves at the GM level. Really looks like Miami made the right moves it needs to though.

3. who is our biggest rival heading into this season? 

I would think Yukon is on our radar, taking our playoff chances away and all.

4. Are you happy with your player build to this point in your career? 

I am happy but I want to go to bigger heights, that's for sure. 
 
5. Favourite tv show currently?

Rewatching Futurama from the start, boy does it stand the test of time. Really loving my third or fourth rewatch, to be honest I've lost count!

 

6. Would you rather go on a African safari or scuba diving? 

Safari. I have a fear of open water and sharks!

1- The picked some great guys, active and upgrading their guys each week, it’s gonna be a good year for us

1. It's great to see new faces on the block. I believe everyone fits the team's hardworking mentality.

2. To be honest, I would aim for any hardworking player. Someone who didn't ever take nothing for granted.

3. I have no idea, I just want to help the Mauraders win!

4. I think I've failed a bit to live up to my expectations but I plan on changing that by working harder and harder.

5. Snowpiercer.

6. I always wanted to go on a Safari, that is surely a great experience. I've scuba dived once but I didn't really enjoy it!

1.) Great, glad to have Rockstar bring in a good rookie class!

1. I feel good about the draft and I feel like we just made the team a whole lot better.

2 oh gosh I would probably scout out the top prospects and earners and try to draft them.

3 I believe that our biggest rivals going into the season will be houston.

4 yes I am happy with my player's build right now because I'm getting better at doing the TPE assignments.

5 my favorite TV show right now is impractical jokers.

6 I would rather go on an African Safari just because I could see two of my favorite animals which are elephants and giraffes.

1. This year should be a really good year for the Miami Marauders, I’m very excited to see how it plays out this season.

2. Ooph last year we struggled with Back end players so it would definitely involve picking up d men, I haven’t checked the draft yet so I’m sure that is what happened on that day.

3. Myself always, pushing skills to a maximum is always what I strive to do, and there are lots of things I need to work on moving forward to be a valuable part of this team!.

4. I think my players build is pretty solid, I just wish I were a bit more consistent earning which is what I am going to be working on this season.

5. Van Helsing currently.

6. Well African safari would be pretty cool, very primitive and simple view on the cycle of life. It would be a very big eye opener to feel vulnerable among animals that could kill you in the blink of an eye.

4. After spending a season in Sasky, I have to say anywhere that is cold. Moving down to Miami has been great for my skin.

 

5. You can't beat fish pie. It's the best.

1- I think we will manage to get the win, we have a pretty decent team after the draft.

2-I think Bonaparte is going to be the leader on our team this year

3-Really important, starting the season with a win gives us a good momentum for the rest of the season

4-I don’t know, I would like to try every team

Our team is stacked! Hard not to feel confident. 
 

2. Who is your early prediction to lead our team in points this season? 
I think Delving Mackey is going to come out of the gates charging.

 

3. How important is it to get off to a good start this season?

It's a big deal to get that momentum. The key is carrying it all the time until the playoffs though. Teams fail because of that.

 

4. If there was one team in the VHLM you absolutely wouldn’t want to play for who would it be? 

I'd play for every team, but Las Vegas would be a challenge because I love all-you-can-eat-buffets. Would be a big problem.

 

5. Favourite type of pie? 

Lemon Meringue or Key Lime are tied.
 

6. Do you celebrate Easter ? And if so what’s your favourite tradition? 

Visiting family and having a big Easter meal. Lamb chops!

1. We sadly didn’t come out with the win. The hounds are going to be a good team this year, they might’ve beat us but I still think we are the better team. 
 

2. I think Alex or Bonaparte will lead our team in points but I hope I can be up there with them in points. 
 

3. It’s super important. The start of this season is going to be huge and every game will matter. 
 

4. Probably the Las Vegas Aces, I played for them for one year and was getting little to none ice time. Not fun.

 

5. My favourite type of pie is pumpkin pie, besides spending time with family pumpkin pie is my favourite thing about Thanksgiving.

 

6. Yes, I celebrate Easter. I used to love going on Easter egg hunts on Easter morning. Used to be my favourite.

1. I’m happy for the season to be here, unfortunately I’m doing this after the sim and we lost that game, but came back with a victory in our next game.

2.I’m going to say Alexander the Great, after seeing him develop last year I’d say he’s a top contender on our team!

3.A good start a good season, I’m hoping we can take some important wins early and lead this season early

4.Umm I’m not really biased honestly I would try and make it work where ever I am.

5. This is a fleeting question, every time I’m in line at the grocery store I try and answer it, and I always walk out with something different..... why do they put the lineup in the baking aisle?

1. I'm late on this, but I can't recall if we won or not

2. Don't know to be honest. Alexander The Great is leading right now, so probably him. 

3. I think it really important to get going early. That way you can build on early wins rather than starting to build on them later on. 

4. I don't think there's any. I'd play for any team. 

5. I don't really eat pie to be honest.

1. It’s very frustrating. I know we have a good team with a lot of good players. I know we should be one of the top teams in the league so to see us going through this funk is very frustrating. 
 

2. I mean, I hope so. But i think if we don’t turn this funk around it’ll be very hard to make the playoffs.

 

3. I think If I can keep adding onto my face offs and defense that’ll improve my player a lot. It will also help us win important face offs and help us in the defensive zone.

 

4. I think I connect well with almost everyone on the team. There isn’t a specific person, I think I get along with everyone equally.

1)It’s really frustrating, we have a solid team that should be winning in a more consistant way

 

2) with the team we have se should make the playoffs and I think we have the team to be able to make the playoffs 

 

3) Upgrade my defensive play way more, we are allowing some goals that shouldn’t happen

I wouldn't be too hard on us, we still have a good goal differential, that's showing some positives. There is a lot of season left, too soon to pass judgement in my opinion.

 

2. Does Miami make the playoffs? 
100% yes. 

 

3. what do you believe you can do to help improve your player and in turn improve the Marauders? 
I need to keep upping my skills to the point I get can more ice time. I am averaging between 9-10 minutes a game which is hardly high-impact. 

 

4. who do you connect most with on the team? 
Love the whole team, special spot for fellow defensemen!

1. I have to admit it is a little disheartening, we have the team to do better, it’s just not happening, hopefully things turn around for us.

2. I think we are going to have to find something that works, if we do we will for sure.

3. This season I was working on consistent earning, so far I’ve been keeping that up, maybe try and earn a few more TPE than I am now, also I could be a more positive role in the LR

4. I’ve been around last season so a lot of the players I was with last season I guess.

1 I'd say that it hurts because we have a really good team and are all really working together but not getting the results that we want really hurt.

2 in order to make it to the playoffs we have to start working together harder and better than we have.

3 yes I believe that we can right the ship and continue to improve.

4 I like to think that I connect with everyone on the team in general.

I feel like we are just gettting bad sims. No matter what we have the opportunity to really go off in a matter of games
