Yeah, I wouldn’t mind doing them for HOF articles. We used to have those sigs done for inductees, so a Card would be the same deal, but also have stats which is cool. Dont know now if anyone has a template for the ones in OP, but if not I can make one and just update it for each induction.

@Members Small change to the schedule. I just realized I had set pre-season for a Sunday, which obviously makes no sense in terms of retirement and recreates. Pre-season is now scheduled for December 24th, which is when members can retire players and still play next season.

I mean, you’re kinda overthinking it here. Other players who have earned more recently have done so because of career PTs and first gem bonus. With a pick like that, and really no long term depth, you take the best prospect and worry about fitting players later. I realize i surprised rises people with Crosby over tzuyu, but that was a different situation where he is pretty much a cap player vs a player who at the time was looking at 7-9ish tpe per week after the draft.

Yeah, updating the rule book is in my to-do list, but like you said, under the old rules this trade wouldn’t be a possibility until pre-season anyways, so ignorance on the new rule is invalid.

I mean, you are in the BOG, GMs were all notified the rule was changed, and it’s been weeks since. I’m inclined to leave it as is, since there’s no reason why you shouldn’t be have known the rules. It was even discussed in the Davos GM change thread when the topic of Glades new GM player. Also, this isn’t really the same situation as Ironside. With that trade, Devise was told he could trade him and ironside could continue his career. That was an error on the Commissioners part. This is a lack of attention to detail, which sucks for Bana, but is not an error on anyone but his own part.

No, this is pretty much the exact intention. It’s really not much different than a GM retiring in the pre-season (except Charm can continue updating). Seattle is just paying a premium price for one season of @Tyler, who can no longer return to either Davos or Seattle for S65.
