Just going to tag all the guys who haven't already made the TPE cap and know some of you guys I've tagged have already done so, but make sure to get your updates in asap to give us that extra edge come the playoffs. @Jericho if you don't get a single update in this season after I found you links to all your TPE, I'm never playing Overwatch with you ever again

Also, although we did go 1-2, we went 1-1 with the Lynx who are a good team with the best goalie, so that's a good win for us.
 
Also, should we beat the Rush in this preliminary playoff series (and I sure hope so, Rush have actually been getting quite a lot of weird wins lately, seems like they benefited a lot from the shot slider increase), we'll be playing the Storm.

A nice introduction to your first player, Keaton Louth. As we talked about before, every team could use a good, active defensemen. The pros/cons section is technically under the minimum word requirement for a rookie profile, but I think we can let that slide for your first article. Good luck with this player!

I remember my first day here like it was yesterday because it was exactly 3 days ago. So far the community here has been great and really helpful. Since I have joined I played Goalie for a rec ball hockey team it was my first time in years. 
 
Thats about it. 

Hopefully that will change soon as I'm going to have another look at the lines. The last few sims I've been limited to telling Higgins the changes I'd like to make rather than submitting lines myself as we've had quite a few players in succession join recently meaning I wouldn't be able to add them onto lines using the client.
 
On the current lines (which were based on lines I first set about a week or two ago I wanna say), I properly stacked the first line of offense to see if that could get anything going shots wise, but now we've got more guys I feel comfortable mixing up the forward talent over the top two lines. 

I'm encouraged by that game against Oslo. Sure we didn't get the win, but I think rivalling them in shot tallies, when even in our wins against them earlier in the season we got destroyed in shot tallies, is a good sign for the playoffs, as should we beat the Rush, they are our most likely next opponents in the playoffs. 

Woo, my first point! To bad it wasn't in a win. I'll try harder next game, coach.

After an impressive minor career, this west coast winger opted out of the CHL in order to keep his NCAA elegibility. Playing a tier down hasn't stopped the scouts from noticing Denning, who set the BCHL on fire last season with 92 points (44 - 48 - 92) through 58 games, besting team-mate and fellow NCAA bound prospect Kawaguchi by 7 points for the team lead. Denning is a smooth skater with and excellent shot who takes care a business in his own end and isn't afraid to go to the dirty areas. He projects to be a top 6 two-way winger who can play the PP, the PK, and be counted on for goals.
 
Matt recently opted to sign with the Los Vegas Aces and turned pro, forgoing the NCAA route. 
 
Strengths:
Shooting the puck: He has a hard, accurate shot with a quick release. Denning has fooled BCHL goal tenders for years with how quickly the puck can come off his stick. His release is certianly a step above his peers and should translate well to the next level.
 
Two-way Play: Relied on by his coaches in all situations, Denning is no slouch in the defensive zone. An accomplished penalty killer, Denning is great at taking away passes and using his speed to get the puck out of danger.
 
Playing in the tough areas: Forechecking, battling along the boards, and battling for position infront of both nets, Denning likes to get gritty and can play with a bit of an edge to his game.
 
Weaknesses:
Playing too North/South: He is great at taking the puck up the ice and to the net, but sometimes making a lateral move or slowing down the play would be the better option. Denning needs to improve at looking at all options available to him, sometimes a pass is a better option than a low percentage shot on net.
 
Decipline: The edge we mentioned he plays with? Sometimes he takes it too far. Several times over the past season he has taken unnessisary penalties by giving an extra shove on the forcheck or infornt of the net. He will need to work on keeping cool and not putting his team on the penalty kill.
 
Consistance: Denning plays best when he is emotionally engaged and the game is a bit chippy. If the pace of the game is slow, he tends to slow down too. He's been able to produce against BCHL competition even when he is "off", but that won't work against more skilled and professional players.
