Hey everyone! As the Recruitment Leader it is my job and the recruitment teams job to make sure we can acquire new members for the site, however looking at recruitment there are two major components. 
 
1. Getting new members to register. (Recruitment)
2. Keeping them here so they feel like their initial start up and VHL ignorance will pay off at some point. (Retainment)
 
So with current Recruitment Drives and incentives out there for people to low up on TPE and in turn loading up our site with valuable members, it's time we take a look at steps to achieve the 2nd Component.
 
As of today, Any S61 Draftee (anyone in the upcoming VHL Draft) or newer player who is a First Generation player may claim 10 TPE upon reaching the 100 TPE plateau. The purpose of this TPE is to reward you for getting to a stage where TPE earning is mostly understood on a weekly basis. This is also available to returning members starting without carryover, who have not had a player in the league for at least 3 seasons.
 
As we know many new members create a player and fizzle out after a couple weeks for various reasons. Those reasons could be that they are frustrated with how to actually be successful, feel like their player doesn't make a dent in the sim engine or they strictly do not understand how to use resources around the site to earn TPE. This also works hand-in-hand with VHLM GM's who can instruct their players even more in hopes they can take advantage of the free 10 TPE at the 100 TPE plateau.
 
*The TPE can only be claimed after they get to 100 TPE, not to be claimed to make it to 100 TPE.
     ex. (90 TPE doesnt make this claim valid)

Review: Yeah you should be banned for releasing this godly signature. Anything the blues can do to get you out of here would be fine by me considering you're making us other sig makers look bad. This is amazing man! The font choice just makes it that much sweeter. Love the lighting and the seamless colour theme going on on the entire signature. I don't have anything to recommend to you about this to improve it because even the dead space has some sort of texture attached to it. Well done

Review: Nice sig and the colour theme is good. I would've made some adjustments so the renders face doesn't look like he is sick and in need of a bed. That being said your text work is really nice and it looks good. A suggestion is to maybe blur the background details if you use any sort of filter because it just makes it paint blotches and it can be distracting when it turns into the green that it turned into here. The jersey change attempt was nice, maybe minimize it a bit 6.5/10

Ok, that's sick as hell Kendrick. I don't know if it's the text or the render or both, but it looks so clean. The text fits really nicely with the jerseys and I like how the player is the main part of the sig with the text. The text gradient is a nice touch and honestly there's not really a whole lot of bad with this piece, other than some of the text being really hard to see/read but I wouldn't say it takes away from it too much. Awesome stuff!

Unfortunately, I got a trivia question incorrect this week(fuck you New York), so I desperately need 1 TPE. 
 
I like this sig a lot. It's simple but uses multiple elements such as the Malmo BG, some clipping masks and pretty good text. I like that you used an appropriate render(well, Malmo appropriate) and placed the text behind the render, instead of slapping it half over the player. The render is a little off center but not really an issue as the text takes up the LHS space a little. The distortion/blur around the render gives the impression of movement/speed, so that's cool. Easy 8/10.

Review: I like this. I would minimize part of the font somewhere to make it less of a "in your face" and more of a cool advertisement that displays a more welcoming feeling. Good jersey change and some simple lens flares on top of the render. Overall I think you make this pretty good and I would use this to promote the league and the team. I'm impressed by this one!

Review: Try posting the url link in the bottom right where it allows you to enter it as an image. This one has a lot in it which is nice because it doesnt feel too busy. I would however urge you to not be afraid to crop off the top half. It allows sigs to look like they have a ton of empty space and it takes away from the renders. Love the colour, theme and font on this one. Great work! 7.5/10

@Kendrick - though he wasn't a fan of spending time in Riga cause he spent there previously for shitload of seasons already before. He was ok with giving it another go which certainly helped us in back to back. King was indeed a King there.

@Tate - some members were really baffled when I picked him at #1 OV back then....ok I didn't pick, but THAT WAS MY PLAN REGARDLESS!!! Glad to see I'm being proven right so there's my appreciation. Also my first AGM and a cool fella in general.

@Nykonax - played a big part on Riga success in early 70's. Test simming goes hard. The longest tenured Riga AGM actually too. And actually it was him who picked Tate lol.
 
@hedgehog337 - he's teaching us some lessons like if you're feeling tired, go to sleep. Even if it's the VHL draft day. Incredible insight!
 
@Matt thunder - tbh a special member to me. He really was reminding of me when I was slowly getting into this league and becoming a steal with Zeptenbergs. The same happened with Thunder. I'm wondering if I wasn't holding him back from applying banked TPE on Thunder....maybe Riga would've been better FOR REAL? Idk, but still it was real nice to have him Riga. Good luck with your goalie!
 
@hedgehog337 - did you see that S75 draft and which team had the most picks there? GOAT GM!!! Everybody should appreciate that they were witnessing that greatness.
 
@Ledge - speaking of which. My third AGM and one of two survivors from the S75 Riga draft class. Really was helping me on drafts. Like Thunder, never was planning to leave Riga despite of meh results. Really appreciated here.

@Eynhallow - the second survivor of that draft class. Also a huge contribution on forum locker room. Pretty much the last time Riga forum LR was relevant. Shame I dropped the ball by summer, but ehhh. Also got to know Leafs a bit better cause of him lol.

@Spaz - speaking a about activity...well, not in forum locker. But most of time Riga discord LR is poppin, he is there. So you know the level of his activity. Also helped us to not scramble for a goalie each offseason after Harvey was done. Shoutout to @Zetterberg and Ledge for suggesting Tobias to me, though I think Ledge actually did pick him, not me.
 
@hedgehog337 - was making first gens happy by picking them early in the first round thus helping the retention!

Actually lots of memebers deserves thanks and appreciation. Like @jRuutu for banger medias, @boubabi, @pennypenny, @Bushito, early Nyko and @Dil etc for being entertaining by being in midst of some controversy or just having trolling ways. As the main VHL's bystander I do apprecitate that!
 
oh yeah just remembered to appreciate @Renomitsu for having a successful comeback which def helped Riga.

Review: The hardest thing to do in graphics is make Puljarvvi not look like a complete handicap. He looks good here and I love the layering techniques and the stocks you used. Next step is working on your text work as it does look good here but maybe making it so that the surname is a different size and stands out some more. Colour scheme is great and the  lighting could be a bit mixed in as it does appear that the top half of the sig just has a bunch of random lights.
