At the moment I am looking to learn from a GM who knows what their doing and diamond_ace offered me a deal I couldn't refuse. I'm sure I will get to learn a lot by being Part of the Ottawa Franchise and honestly it just fits for where I want to be in the League. Glad it finally makes sense for me to be a part of the Franchise and I plan on being the queen of recruiting and really putting in the effort to help keep our team active and gaining tpe. Everyone better be ready for Ottawa to own the VHLM next season because I'm going to do everything I can to make us successful. Thank You for the chance diamond_ace, we are gonna rock this !

Any Casual onlooker of S63's first few games in the VHLM would have noticed that Saskatoon was at best a middle of the pack team with no real hope of claiming a the conference title. To say the least, things have changed since those first few games and now Saskatoon finds themselves not only in a playoff position but with a real shot of hoisting the coveted VHLM Cup. Management has put all their resources into trades and recruitment in the hopes that their now stacked team will be able to seal the deal. With players like Chance Matthews @DaftRaincloud, who is 3rd in the league for points, and Rylan Peace @Peace, who is 6th overall for points, it is hard to imagine anyone challenging this elite team of youngsters. . Only time will tell if Saskatoon will be able to hold on to their marginal lead on the Yukon Rush. Regardless, it will sure be an exciting conclusion for season. (159 words)

(if you are associated with a brand) Which brand do you think has the best roster? (if you are not associated with a brand) Which brand would you like to represent? As a member of the Ubuyalot Games Brand I of course have a lot of confidence in my team mates abilities to get things done. I believe that all the teams have their strengths and weaknesses and it will be interesting to see what the tournament brings! 2. What would you like next season's theme to be? All star Rookies vs Pros might be interesting for the VHL  3. Who has your vote for the VHLM's MVP so far in this season? I'm going to shamelessly suggest that I could be a contender for MVP this season. While My stats don't speak of me being the best goalie in the league my teams position in the league has greatly improved since I joined. Our games won have really increased and I have been one of the most aggressive TPE earners in the VHLM. There are many players In the VHLM who could deserve this title for many different reasons, but I am taking this public opportunity to say "Why not Wahl?". 4. If you had the choice between every job possible in the league, which one would you do? (you can say none if you want to only be a player, it is fine) I would love a job like the one I did as co-commissioner of the WJC. Anything really that uses my social skills, I really enjoyed promoting the event. Can that be a job? Can I be a promoter?? 5. I am going to release a mock draft early next week. I doubt you'll go the low, you might have a few people asking you if you intend to pick up your socks in the future but if you say yes they will snap you up like Lucky the leprechaun on lucky charms, if ya know what I mean! lol

I’m pretty sure that that was common amoung many brands, pick up your good prospects now pay them decent for the time being and gaurentee that they will play for you as a starter in a season or two. Honestly, this whole thing was inspired by me thinking about what teams are willing to invest in their future. I’m hoping to do another article on who the GMs think personifies their brand on their team, and who is the one player on another team that belings with thier brand, just a fun fluff piece for the future.

YOU PAID HOW MUCH, FOR YOUR BACK UP? You might think that this writer is clearly doing this to get a reaction out of the community, but it is absolutely crazy what some teams are paying to have a player sit on their bench. How do I know these goalies will see a lot of bench time? Most of these brand teams have VHL starters that are likely to see a lot of ice time. When looking at the following information it can be seen that value must be in the eye of the beholder for this year’s brand executives, especially when it comes to snagging VHLM goalies. The Only thing that makes sense in the graph below is that Stoffiday is earning top dollar as he is the top goalie in the VHLM, no ands, ifs, or buts about it. The Main question is how is the 5th slot active goalie Davison making $500,000 while Mertz took a contract for $0. My guess is that Mertz showed up late for the season and he would rather ride the bench on a winning team than make money, but that is just an educated guess. Another thing that just seems out of place is Wahl’s $1,250,000 contract, Wahl is at best tied with Mertz for 3rd in the league and was offered an early contract with UB Games. It is shocking to see Wahl get such a hefty contract in his first season and makes me think that UB’s GM must be anticipating for Wahl to continue to get better and has locked him in for a 3 Season Contract. It might interest other brand GMs that the current 2nd slot VHLM Goalie and Winner of 2 Canadian Gold Metals in the WCJ is still up for grabs. Do you think these GMs over paid for their spare tires?
