  1. They are now destined to choke. What can go wrong, will go wrong - Stephen A. Smith
  2. Just to lose against Seattle or DCD
  3. 1. Vancouver Wolves - Henry Eagles - A+ He was obviously the consensus first overall pick the moment the Wolves won the lottery. I don't know what the VSN scouts were smoking thinking they would select John Jameson over him. He's one of the top forward in this draft class, he is known to being a loyal player thus he'll be a Wolves until he retires and he could already play first line for them. An elite two-way player in the making and the safest best in this draft class. 2. Prague Phantoms - John Jameson - C Possibly the worst pick out of the top 5. He would be the second lowest earner out of this top 5, but got drafted second overall (The worst if Matt Murdock was picked in the top 5) Prague don't have any quality forwards beside there best player being a Center, but they chose to draft another center who supposedly won't play on the same line. And if they do, then why they didn't select the best possible winger instead? That's a lot of wasted TPE in FO for him. The best teams has there best players playing together, not separately. I didn't even mention that he will most likely leave this team for the Vancouver Wolves whenever he has the chance! His grade would of been easily be a B+ if he was selected outside of the top 5. 3. Calgary Wranglers - Phil Strasto-something - A- They needed a 4th d-men for the upcoming season and then they selected the best d-men in this draft. Maybe Phil won't become an impactful player on offence until his 3rd or 4th season because of all the talent in front of him, but as a team need. He is perfect for them until he grows into a star. He is a loyal player as well so the management won't be scared of him being upset about his production for the first few seasons at least. 4. New York Americans - Daniel Weaver - B- Selecting the leading earner at 4th is good for them, but the build Daniel Weaver has is a double edged sword. He might become a top goal scorer in a couple of season, or a big offensive bust who can't defend for shit. Not only that, but the New York curse is real. They have a talent to select rookie of the years each time they have a lottery pick, but they ALL end up leaving that team after a couple of seasons. Will Weaver share the same fate as them or can he defy this curse? 5. London United - Astro Singh - D+ This pick is very intriguing. It's a player that we have no idea how he will produce in the VHL. He's most likely the only one out of this top 5 that will be playing in the VHLE which shows a huge gap in talent between him and the 4 others. London selected Jesse Teno later in the draft as well. To be quite honest, they should of picked Matt Murdock if that was the case. He's easily a future top goalie in the VHL and they will regret not picking him. It will be funny to see London can't get past Matt Murdock in the playoff. They also barely have any d-men talents at the moment so drafting Tater Tottingham would of been a B+ move for them. I wonder if the GM actually cared about this draft? Maybe he's betting on this stacked free agency?
  4. After getting 80 points in 72 games with 35 goals in the previous victory hockey league minor season. Daniel Weaver was confident that he would be a top 3 pick, but he ended up falling 4th overall in the victory hockey league 85th draft. He knew that Henry Eagles would be a lock at number 1 since he and his agent has a great relationship with the Vancouver Wolves management, but the 2 players after him? He feels like those picks were just based on favoritism. I believe Prague will regret there pick in 3 seasons since we can all see John Jameson becoming a Wolves once he has the chance to become one. What if he stays? Well, the only quality forward that Prague has is their star center, Perry Laperriere. John Jameson is also a center so it's good to assume they won't play on a line together. We can find many centers like Jameson across the league, but it's not easy to find quality wingers that would get along with Perry Laperriere and it seems teams that win a lot of games in the VHL recently are teams with superstar duos playing together as one of the 3 criteria, not two quality centers. If they do play on a line together? Well, why didn't they just select the best possible winger in the draft instead? He would also waste a bunch of TPE on FO. Calgary made a good pick with Phil Strasmore since they needed a 4th defender in the upcoming season and Calgary already had 6 quality forwards, but with players like Erlantz Jokinen and AirRig GoodBrandSun as all-star calibers defenders already. Phil Strasmore won't become "that guy" until after his third season and who knows what will happen to Calgary since Saku Kotkakoivu, Luc Tessier and Erlantz Jokinen will all be retired once his moment to shine "could" be at that moment. Regardless, Phil would be a long time project and I expect him to have a breakout season in his 4th season where he will finally become the #1 defender on his team. Now here comes the New York Americans. The cursed franchise for some people. Any prospect would be afraid to start there career for the Americans because of there history. They had a multiple of General Managers since season 66. They have a talent to draft rookie of the years players, but they can't seem to go anywhere with them afterwards. Big time players like Lance Flowers, Soren Jensen, Guy LeGrande and Ryan Sullivan Jr were all amazing players that won rookie of the year, but they ALL ended up leaving New York! The last time New York won any sort of awards was almost 10 seasons ago and it was won by Red Lite for being rookie of the year. He played for NY for 5 seasons before retiring very early for them. So yeah New York seems like a cursed franchise and the league refuse to relocate this team simply because it's New York, but Weaver is still hopeful to defies odds and end up beinh the one breaking the curse...or will he also fall victim of the curse?
  5. 1. The Off-Season is here! What are you most excited about heading into the next season? Skipping the VHLE and playing in the VHL as a second liner already. 2. Warsaw is the Continental Cup Champs. Did you predict them to win? Was this a surprise to you? I predicted Moscow to finally win, but per usal. They choked. 3. Which VHL team is your favourite? Why? That would be the Seattle Bears because they simply have the most competent GM of all time. 4. Who was your favourite teammate this season? If you don't have one, what player stood out to you on our team? That would be Todd Cooke since we were on a line since we wore a Houston Bulls jersey. 5. Where is somewhere you would like to travel? The Bahamas would be cool. 6. How was your weekend? Just sleeping and watching videos
  6. That’s why Moscow keeps losing each season. Just a bunch of snakes *It was sarcasm for those who didn't get it smh
  7. If VHL used NHL 22 for sims instead even tho it’s a lot more work
  8. I know a gray wolf gang and I found this very offensive. I’m not asking you to remove it but just letting you know

  13. 1. How did your S84 season go? Besides the upsetting early exit lol. I'm pretty happy about it. I was one of the most productive prospects in our draft class. 2. How did I do as a GM this season? Any suggestions for improvements? Perfect even if it meant sacrifice the future. Maybe sacrifice a bit less cuz losing in the first round hurts you GMing for the next two seasons. 3. What are your player's plans for next season? I'm skiping the E and playing in the VHL hopefully. 4. Are you excited for the upcoming drafts? What are you expectations for your player? A top 5 pick but I won't mind slipping all the way to Seattle. 5. How has life been treating you lately? Anything new going on? Just College starting up again. 6. Lastly, give me 3-5 words describing the Houston Bulls. Fun, energetic, entertaing, amusing and comfortable
