1. Molded after my previous player Hulk Hogan with some slight changes. 2. Just keep doing what I'm doing, mostly focusing on upping defense and scoring. 3. Gustav, looked up to him as my first GM in the VHLM and somebody who helped me with my media spots early on. Questions: 1. What's your prefer method of earning TPE and why? 2. Dark or light mode on the forums? 3. What's one minor (very minor) thing you'd do to improve the league.

I see you mention negative and positive arguments of the situation. I only see good things coming out of this. If hockey is for everyone stories like this are so important. Hockey culture isn't good and this is a prime example. These people need to be out of the league and hockey, and depending on who it is jail. What Kyle did was very difficult but I think it's such an important thing to have a face behind this, to know that this is a real person and player who had their future taken from them and has had to endure this for the past decade. It wont be the last time this happens, but its a step. In an ideal world hockey would be for everyone, but right now the culture need serious improving. Kyle was extremely courageous in coming out and telling the truth, I hope to see and hear more from him if that's what he wishes.

Review: I like the simplicity of this graphic. Nothing too special but it still looks really clean and nice. I think it would be even better if you picked a team that matched up with the players jersey. It would keep all the colors to be near the same and be a really well blending graphic. You could also add a slight jersey swap and have a little bit of the logo visible. Overall, it's still really nice and simple. 8/10

Review: I really like this sig and the aspects of space and stars brought into it. It's something I've brought into my graphics sometimes and I always think it looks solid. The pink, purple an blue really pop and add to the outer space atmosphere as well. I like the text not blocking the player and it centers well with the amount of numbers in the name. I have 2 small things I think you could change. One of them is the colouring in the bottom right corner. The purple smoke doesn't fully extend and that's something I noticed early on. The other thing, and this is small, is the render. I've just personally seen this used a lot. 8.5/10

next season you should let us see our previous answers if possible

I might mess aroundwith the text i dont like it

1. I wasn't, this Yukon team is special and showcases some of the premier players in the league. 2. I didn't pay much attention but I believe most of the favorites won which makes sense. 3. Ottawa is a tough, goal scoring team. It's not a big surprise to see them put up so many. 4. Six more weeks of hockey, hopefully you see your shadow right around playoffs. 5. I'm Canadian so only black Friday matters. Last year I bought a new bed but barely got a discount, this year I doubt I'll get anything. 6. What it normally eats, grains and shit.

Everything changed when the Fire Matty attacked

Review: This graphic is super nice and it make's sense considering the member that made it. The flames line up well with the render and seem as if they're attached to him. The outside colours blend in well to really light up the fire and render to make them the focus point of the graphic. The jersey swap on the shoulders are perfectly done but for me the one on the crest is a bit too smooth. Maybe making it a bit darker to match the jersey would be a bit better. Overall though everything fits really nice and the jersey swap is still very good. 9.5/10 -
Review: I like that you chose to do Red Lite with this graphic. The name fits well with the background being the bright red/orange moon. The decision to make the player render the same color is an odd decision but it works well as everything fits in the orange, red and black look. I think some improvements could be made with the text. For example, Id put the text on the top to the left to make the render slightly bigger. For the text on the bottom, maybe don't have a fading part at the top if possible. 8/10

Last week, I came up with the idea to showcase the best centers that never broke the 1000 TPE mark. This idea went over well with the league and I ended up with positive reactions from many different members. This week, I will be revisiting my idea with a slight change. Instead of centers, this week's focus will be on looking at the best defensemen that never hit the glorious 1000 TPE mark. To be considered for this list, players must have played their entire career as defensemen. With this criteria we lose a few great players who spent only a few seasons as D-men such as Henrik Zoiderberg, Rudolph Scmeckeldorf and Dan Montgomery. #5 Elasmobranch Fish 839 TPE @Sharkstrong S65-71 74 Goals 274 Assists 348 Points ( 0.69 PPG) 1007 Hits 929 Shot Blocks Fish, across seven seasons, was almost the perfect example of a solid depth defensemen. He only ever placed top ten in defensemen scoring once in his career in season 67. That year he tied Piotr Jerwa for eighth place in defensemen points with 62. He never managed to reach point totals that high again with his second highest being his rookie season. As a rookie, he finished with 58 points which was good enough for third among all rookies. Fish’s most important aspect of his game was playing well in his end of the ice. With nearly 1000 shots blocked Fish consistently was a force to other teams. In his rookie year Fish led all players in most shot blocks with 197, 22 more the closest competitor. While never being a star, Elasmobranch Fish was an extremely reliable and consistent defencemen that his multiple GM’s could count on no matter where he played. #4 Viktor Alexi Kamenov 778 TPE @BigTittySmitty S73-79 89 Goals 282 Assists 371 Points (0.74 PPG) 1197 Shot Blocks 53 Playoff Points 72 Games (0.74 PPG) Kamenov played all seven of his seasons with the team who drafted him, Malmo. With this team, they managed to win the cup twice in seasons 75 and 79. Previously mentioned player Elasmobranch Fish and Kamenov both had similar careers and stats. It’s quite fair to call Kamenov a slightly improved Fish as both men were always solid in their opponents' zones, but dominant when close to their own nets. Kamenov played in a higher scoring era than most on this list meaning it was harder to crack the top ten. Even with a career high of 68 points in season 77, he could not make a top ten list in defensemen points in any of his many years.. Kamenov’s true skills shined in his shot blocking ability. He only reached the top of the leaderboard once in most shot blocks with a first place victory in season 77 following an impressive 233 shots to his body. He also holds a second and tenth place in seasons 78 and 76 respectively. #3 Sidney Crosby 999 TPE @SidTheKid87 S63-69 93 Goals 350 Assists 443 Points (0.77 PPG) 1445 Hits 1153 Shot Blocks Crosby just barely makes the cutoff for this list, being only one TPE short of being excluded. It would be a shame had he been taken off as he boasts the best defensive stats out of anyone. Crosby is the first player on the list so far to have laced up the skates for eight total seasons, all of them being with Helsinki. Crosby, like most defensemen, didn't produce a ton on the scoresheet but instead defensively . His greatest seasons were in the middle of his career where he scored 63, 77 and 70 points throughout seasons 65 to 67. In these three years, he finished in top ten defensemen twice at a strong fourth and sixth place. During this stint he also won his first in only cup after netting 14 points in 9 games in the season 66 playoffs. Crosby finished first and second in shot blocks over the course of his career. Most notably in 63 where he blocked more than the nearest opponent by a massive 68 shots. #2 Robert Malenko 748 TPE @pennypenny S62-68 133 Goals 377 Assists 510 Points (1.01 PPG) 947 Shot Blocks Malenko burst out of the gates running. By his third season he had hit his highest point total with 106. He would never see anything near this again in the following seasons with his closest being a 83 in the following year. Digital frequently changed teams, only playing for the same club two seasons in a row once. In seven seasons, Malenko was featured on the leaderboard among the league's highest scoring defensemen five times, the most of anyone mentioned. In season 64 he topped both the assist and defensemen lists, winning him the Alexander Beketov and Valiq for most assists and top offensive defensemen . Malenko’s final three seasons in the league were rough. He played for 3 different teams, New York, Calgary and DC. In these seasons, he scored 61, 61 and 33 before retiring and ending his career in hockey. Despite the final seasons, Malenko’s early career cemented him as a top defensemen that never earned a ton of TPE. #1 Bobby Digital 919 TPE @gorlab S49-56 35 Goals 451 Assists 486 Points (0.84 PPG) 1533 Hits 964 Shot Blocks 56 Playoff Points in 67 Games (0.84 PPG) Bobby Digital started off slow, only scoring 95 points in his first three seasons, a number he would beat by two in a single season during his final year in the league. In season 52 Digital turned from a below average defensemen to a star, netting 62 points and a cup following 22 playoff points in 17 games. In his remaining four seasons, he averaged 82 points to finish with 486 in his career. These seasons were clearly his most successful with back to back cups in seasons 52 and 53. In season 54 he won the Alexander Beketov award for most assists after beating Elijah Dotran by five for a total of 80. The following year, he won the Grimm Johnson for best leader on his team. In his final season Digital went to Riga. During his time there he had 97 points and won the Victory Cup given to the best regular season team. In the conference finals, Riga fell short to HC Dynamo, ending Digitals career.. Overall, Digital finished in the top ten defensemen five times across his career with his best being fourth place and worst seventh. He also finished twice in top ten shot blocks. Digital earns the title of best defensemen under 1000 TPE due to his consistency, offensive performance and defensive ability.

1. It takes 4 loses to lose a playoff series, picking up a few from different teams shouldn't be too much of a concern. 2. No, they can all suck it brother this is a super team just like the new york knickerbockers. 3. Probably not, the VHLM see's a lot upsets but it could be possible in the middle seeds. 4. Us for anybody, doesn't matter, we win. 5. I think he'll easily score the one goal, I predict he'll finish with 75. 6. Couldn't figure out the answer for this one, I thought the answer would be world play like gross or something, good one.

Review: 9/10 I really like most things about this, from the text to the surrounding effects. It all works together nicely in a black and white way to make the red on the jersey really pop out. The only things I'd change are is the surrounding rectangle, which doesn't go to the edge in the left and top wall, while it looks like it does on the left and somewhat on the bottom. Also, the logo could in the top left might look a bit nicer touched up, I'm not sure if it would look better slightly opaque, or maybe touching the edges of the surrounding black but to me it doesn't fully fit in.

lets hope he does better then when i tried that

Review: I really enjoy the analytical aspects of this media spot and how you included how much TPE players earn, their point totals and what kind of content they post. The graphics also add to the article and prove that you're putting effort into these and not just pumping them out. I like seeing your writing and it's obvious other members of the community do too with the amount of reactions your pieces recieve. I see a few small things in your writing that could easily be improved on to take you to the next level. Punctuation: One of these things is proper punctuation. It's such a small thing but effects a lot in writing. Always remember to capitalize the letter I when it's on it's own, people's and places names and the beginning of sentences. You do this pretty well as I only really noticed lack of a capital letter in Daniel Jenser's name and an unneeded capital in his description. Commas and periods: When I was your age, I often abused my usage of commas and that is still seen in my writing to this day. It seems to me in this article in particular you are overusing them. You have a lot of run on sentences that could've been split up into two with the use of a period instead of a comma. Also make sure to remember to use a period at the end of sentences no matter how short or long they are. Re-read: One of my favourite and most effective ways to improve writing is to read it to myself out loud. If something doesn't make sense your mind might scan past it while reading in your head. This doesn't happen when you read out loud and it will help you notice mistakes easier. After everything I write, I try to read it out loud and I always catch multiple mistakes that I fix to make the reading experience more enjoyable. I noticed a few times in your article that you spelled something wrong or put the wrong word in. Some examples of this are on Wattson Power where you said the word "put" instead of "out" and another example is when you wrote "updated" instead of "updater" on Jarvinen. Re-reading also lets you realize if theirs better wording you can use. (For example, I just re-read this review and changed a bunch of things.) Last names: This is just a small thing but most people tend to use last name's when talking about players. Instead of saying Harkat, say Mulds. It's mostly personal preference but you always see top reporters using last names. Two years ago Gustav took a piece of my writing and reviewed it and told me how I could improve. It was a small thing for him to do but that was a big help to me and a reason I starting writing better at the time.I figured I'd do the same for you to pass on the favor. Overall, I see good writing in here with a lot of nice analysis and unique look into things. I really like the graphics added as they make the article look nicer. All your posts are good reads and I will be making sure to read them all from now on. You're still young and I think over the next few months/years your writing will greatly improve and I'm already seeing signs of it showing through in this article and previous ones written. I'm looking forward to reading the playoff predictions in about a week. If you ever want/need help, ask anyone really but I'll also be there for you. Example of improved description. I'll be choosing a random description and showing you what I'd change. Your post: So close Harkat, So close just a little outdone by the next person in this list Harkat and Zaza are on the same team and both made the top three is kinda weird but four of the top ten are from Yukon this season no surprise why they are doing so good, Harkat’s 43 goals and 67 assists for 110 points is crazy and once more he earned his top three spot So close Harkat, but just a little outdone by the number one person in this list. Mulds and Colors are on the same team and both impressively made the top three. Infact, four of our top ten are from Yukon this season which is no surprise as to why they're doing so good. Muld's 43 goals and 47 assists for 110 points is crazy, helping him earn this top three spot.

With the VHLM season nearing its end, the 6’8 monster Hulk Hogan 2 is going to be entering the VHLE and VHL draft. He is projected as being a mid-high first round pick according to several different draft rankings and sources. We’ve compiled some scouting reports to make a final report for all VHLE and VHL GM’s interested in picking him in the upcoming draft. Pros: Hulk Hogan 2 has proved to the VHLM he is capable of passing just as the original Hogan was. With 80 assists, he is second on the leaderboard, only falling short by two to Finn Davis of the Ottawa Lynx. Over the season, Hogan 2 has been consistently climbing the leaderboard and could potentially pass Davis soon with a few good games. While being a pass first player, Hogan 2 has also made it clear to goalies to watch out for his shot. 35 Goals ties him for 17th most in the league, with 25 of them being on the powerplay for second most league wide. If there's no slot open, Hogan 2 is able to fire one in behind the goalie, making him a versatile offensive player. As previously mentioned, 25 goals is enough to put him in second for the most scored on the powerplay in the league. Not only does he score with a man advantage, he racks up the assists as well. Hogan 2 has the 3rd most assists on the powerplay in the league with an impressive 28. Adding his goals and assists together he totals 53, more than any other player in the VHLM by 7. Cons: Despite being a top scorer in the league and being on the high scoring team, Hogan 2’s +/- hasn’t been able to keep up with his teammates. Eight of the best VHLM +/-’s come from players on the Yukon Rush, with Mulds and Colors topping the list at 82 and 81. This means that Hulk Hogan 2 is the only one out of Yukon’s top nine scorers to not have made the list. With his +/- of 44 he is 16th in the league. While 16th is not bad at all, it’s a big drop off compared to teammates who are in the 70s and 80s. With his enormous frame, it comes as no surprise Hogan 2 attempts to lay the body on smaller players. With the mindset of dropping others, big hits arise, resulting in a good play for the team. But in other situations, he can miss his opponents, leaving an open line towards the net. If Hogan 2 was able to play slightly smarter he would still be able to crunch the opposition while staying a defensive beast. Hogan 2 has proven that scoring isn’t a big problem, accuracy on his shots can be. Hogan 2 often has hit shots either miss the net or get blocked by the other team. While the majority of shots taken still make it through, a slight improvement in his accuracy could result in much more opportunities for the team. Overall, Hulk Hogan 2 is looking to be one of the best defensemen and players in the season 81 draft. With the draft scheduled to be in a few weeks Hogan 2 is looking forward to joining a new league and has been working on his game to prove it.
