A member of the recruitment team is taking a step back into a part time position to better look after themselves. We fully support this decision but that leaves us with a full time position we would like to have filled. Being apart of the Recruitment Team is an important job as we are tasked with finding ways to continue to bring new members in to grow the league. We are looking for someone who is willing to prioritize this position and really help us take recruitment to the next level. Our expectations: -Must be willing to work as a team -Activity is key -Not be afraid to share your thoughts and ideas -Being well versed in social media (i.e. Twitter, Instagram, Reddit, etc.) -Willing to collect data to help us with future recruitment Expectations will be further discussed during the interview process. Wait…you wrote a whole praise the GMs piece without specifically only talking about me??????!!!??!!??? How dare you sir! Nah, I don’t need any spotlight. This league is full of some pretty amazing people who’ve done an excellent job managing thus far. It’s been fun watching them all develop and I can’t wait to see what some of our newer GMs have to offer!
