You can expect to get about 25+ minutes per game, which is going to be quite a lot. Except to be relied on heavily in all facets of the game - PP, PK and at even strength. If you're looking for the opportunity to make an immediate impact and take on a key role on a young team with some high TPA forwards and a high TPA goalie, this is the perfect team for you. We've brought on and developed quite a few waiver players such as yourself over the past few seasons, and many of them have gone in the top 2 rounds of the VHLM and VHL Drafts. However, we're a team that prides themselves on helping out new players and making them into the best they can be. That’s what this season will be for you - a huge growth opportunity for a top role next season. 100% agreed. In the regular season, there's always GM's reaching out to help and potentially sign them, but the offseason just has every GM focusing on the draft. Even in the postseason, very few teams personally reach out to players since there's only so much we can do for them. I'd really like for there to be some kind of rookie mentor team to help onboard new members with basic information. The SHL has that so every new player has at least a few names to go to if they need help.
