  1. • Well the draft was fun! A little more stressful than I thought it would be once the picks started rolling in, but I think Toronto ended up with some nice potential steals in the later rounds. • Our top selection Bobby Bob seems poised to become the franchise D that we were gunning for, although Stone would have also been a nice pick. I kinda feel bad with how Prague handled him. Either way with both of them still on the board at the 3 spot it was a win/win for us. • Bob is going to play down in the E this year (it's still fuck the E all day), which is fine as I think we still need one more full season before we can initiate compete mode. Jaks has been called up after spending time in the E last season. • I am stoked to finally play on a VHL team with Kelvi. We may have in the early days but my old deteriorating brain literally cannot remember, so let's call it a new experience. • Both animal and moon were on vacay during the draft, but kudos to both for remaining active during the process and checking in. animal did an amazing job with scouting and pre-draft interviews leading up to the night. • Atlas' build is slowly coming along.. I hope to break the 700 TPE mark by S88 puck drop. Curious to see how STHS will treat him this season, I do expect Toronto to be slightly better but who knows. • Committing to a team and following through a rebuild has been more rewarding than I initially thought. Been ultra busy IRL with a new job and my activity kinda dipped there for a bit but I feel like the spark is still there with this player and club. I refuse to click just yet! 312 words

  5. 1. Def keep the pick and grab a Dman! A franchise D is necessary for our core going forward. 2. Jaks, Atlas, or Peace! 3. It's a toss up... It really depends on how the off-season goes but I think a wildcard spot isn't out of reach. 4. Round out the roster and bring in solid players and personalities that will help shape a solid competitive core moving forward. 5. I usually try and emulate what Trevor Zegras does. 6. TROUBLE
  6. Toronto, ON - The rookie season has come to an end for your Toronto Legion center Mac Atlas. It was a great development year for the young stud however being on the losing end of things the majority of nights you have to wonder how it really affects the mental and progression of a young player coming into the VHL. Should Atlas have stayed in the E and lit it up in Europe like his teammate Jimi Jaks decided to do? Or was this the proper move, settle in to the big league as fast as possible. I guess we'll never really know, however as the team begins to gut out their lockers, we can't help but notice the grin and excitement on Atlas' face as he and his teammates discuss their future in Toronto. The team jokes around with each other, dapping each other up and exchanging a few hugs, those that are leaving the group pretty much know already and are offering their best wishes to those that are staying. The level of respect these players have for one another is top tier, and at the end of the day it's clear that it doesn't matter which colours they are dawning, they will always be respectful and friendly. Legion GM Mooner is in the room, franticly getting in some quick good-byes, as he has a flight to catch. Yes the GM is going on vacation right before an important off-season officially kicks off. Luckily his AGM's are more than capable of picking up the slack during his absence. Mac Atlas finished the year out with an even 23 goals, and 23 assists. Good for 46 points total and 5th on the top rookie stat list. Not quite as good of an output as one would have predicted for the young gun, but still impressive none the less considering the circumstances in Toronto and the reality of a tanking hockey team. Going into next season Atlas is gearing towards winning some more key face-offs, and just becoming stronger on the puck overall. Once this happens it's over for opponents. In a past interview, Atlas said he would love to style his game after that of Sidney Crosby in the NHL. Strong as fuck on the puck, clutch in tight, and a face-off machine. Ultimately, Atlas is on a prime trajectory to lead this legion team out of the mud going forward. As the draft approaches, the players in the Legion's locker room discuss which top prospects they envision joining their core squad. The consensus is that the team requires a top defensemen to round out the teams franchise players, as they already have their core down the middle and in net with Joel Castle. A guy like Stone, Bob, or Calaway would slot in perfectly on the blue line, and likely make the jump right away. After a couple of key resignings, and a couple of seeyalaters, and the team will be looking like they are finally ready to climb out of the basement in the VHL. Could the Legion also be a poppin' destination for future free agents?!!? Stay tuned and find out what Moon and the gang will be up to next!!!!! @Moon @animal74 @kelvi @scoop @Baby Boomer @Beketov
  7. Thank you for you services @Enorama! Glad we got that cup together.
  8. this better not fuck my VHFL team
  9. Take care dude! Hope you make your way back after some time away.
  10. I think Toronto is due for an upgrade mainly because the dimensions are weird af for graphic designs
  11. 1. Since the beginning, but took like a 50 season hiatus lol. I am now on my fifth player. 2. Every time I'm on a cup winning team it's always memorable. But I think just coming back after so long and seeing the portal and that so many day 1 members are still here and active was a bit mind blowing. 3. Just random really, wanted to make an American player with a cool greek last name lol 4. Stay the course. We are in rebuild mode. The core is there but all eyes are on drafting our franchise D next draft. 5. Drake has a really cool house there. 6. Lol this is a funny question.... not going there though. I'd say a nice clean white shoe.
