So that if a person posts it does get posted on the board but goes to the Mod box where a mod can approve it. Basically prompting moderations to check the notifications when they sign in. We only had 14 yesterday (as opposed to the usual 50ish), and none today so far. Good things! In general the board might be due for an update of some sort.
