S36, Davos: Davos wins the Cup, Riga misses playoffs. S37, Davos: Davos eliminates Riga, makes a Cup appearance. S38, Davos: Davos eliminates Riga, wins Cup. S39, Davos: Davos eliminates Riga, makes a Cup appearance. S40, Riga: Riga wins the Cup, Davos misses playoffs. In short, Olsen determined the success/failure of Davos and Riga over a 7 year span - and that good karma is benefitting them this year as well, a lingering presence until a successor is born.
