I think our young guys like Offerson @Nykonax and Pengu @Pengu need to keep stepping up like they have.  They've given us a real boost this off-season.

For sure would rather face Malmo. Helsinki has been the better team all season and our chances would be much better against Malom.

At this point Seattle and Calgary have already advanced. I think Calgary will win the North American Conference. I'm always willing to root for the underdog.

 

4. What do you think of the lottery tournament?

It's an interesting idea but I think it'll take a few seasons to see if it pans out. I do thing it removes some of the off-season fan fair by slowing things down a bit, but does provide another opportunity to engage players on those non post season teams.

 

5. What player has surprised you so far this postseason, and why?

It's not much of a surprise, but it's crazy to see how dominant Erik Summers @Erik Summers has been. Feels like just yesterday we were battling it out in the VHLM.

 

6. If you could help the VHL improve it's user engagement, what would you do?

I think providing a more visual representation of sims would go a long way to keeping people more interested.

 

7. Who do you predict will win playoff MVP when it's all said and done?

Once again I have to go with Erik Summers. Dude has been killing it and I think if they beat us, Helsinki will go all the way.

 

8. What's the best TV show that no one talks about enough?

I was always a big fan of Pushing Daisies. I feel like there aren't enough murder mystery romcoms out there.

I think these series are over and Seattle and Calgary advanced but im not actually sure so lets go with them for my predictions.

While I think its a fun idea and gives non playoff teams something to do I still lean towards the idea that the worse team should have at least a better chance at the higher pick

Kyl Oferson he's only been slightly bad instead of completely bad

We just need to play more consistently and some better goaltendending and Defense. Offense seems to be doing well

Since im doing this late, Seattle.

It's interesting and more in line with other league. Will help stop teams from tanking on purpose.

If Seattle makes it to the finals and wins it then probably Rayz Funk! He is always amazing in the playoffs.

1. Still pretty stunned, it always sucks for it to end that way. I guess it's just more motivation for next season.

2. Can only make so many moves trying to balance cap, win now, win later, and etc.  I think we had a shot with the team we had no new moves needed.

3. @Kylrad?  If only he was better at teaching Nyko league we woulda won the cup.

5. I cheer for a game 7 multiple OT game where both teams kill each other and have to retire.

6. I don't know the atmosphere around the team last season since I focused on the minors.  This season felt fine I'm not super active enough to know how well you have done but it seemed fine.

1. I think Helstinki was just the better team. We gave it our all and just couldn't make it.

2. I think with the cap these days there wasn't much we could do. I think overall we have a great team.

3. Glad we could get @Kylrad one last cup. He had a great career.

1. Sure late 1st we got Jeffie seems just about ready to contribute.  Second round pick too early to say.

2. We spent the off-season training trying to get more well rounded as a player.  I expect good things this season.

3. I've already made Jeffie pay into the pool fund and had him get locked on the roof when he went to go look for it.

I think we got some great people. Our GM has always had a good eye for promising prospects.

I spent a lot of it sim racing. It's my new addiction.

I'm never a big fan of hazing but I'm sure we'll have some good hearted fun with the newbies.

I think Talli @Patrik Tallinder will step up big time

I think we'll make it to the playoffs next season and hopefully make it to at least our conference finals.

I think it's going to be an up hill battle but our GM has put us in a good place to succeed.

Don't really watch it.

I've only played a little bit of it. I think it was fun but unless you are playing with friends it doesn't have enough content.

1. Win another cup, this is a big year for us so I’m excited.

 

2. We’ll maybe not that much success, but I think we have a team that could contend for the top spot in the league.

I think we can keep up the momentum. It might have been a little too perfect of a start but that's exactly what we need.

1. I have been thrilled with my performance so far, I never imagined having a season like this.

It was bound to happen. I guess we're lucky that didn't happen at the end of the season. Now we're again getting points and the future schedule is not that bad.

Either a defense depth or a good second line wingman.

Was rooting for Dallas, but good for Tampa after that last year's failure. They can now sleep calmly at nights.
