For the second season in the row, the Helsinki TItans and their GM Daniel Anderson have been screwed by the draft lottery and will be picking with the worst possible selection out of those with lottery picks. Last year it wasn't even us who had their pick screwed, it was the one we got from Quebec, but sure enough it happened again this season. I mean last season it worked out great because I got the guy I would have taken at 1st OA at 4th but it's always nice to have the luxury of choice. This year's draft has another amazing top 4, and I'll talk about each of them in a media spot at some point so I won't go too far into that, but again, I'd be happy to get whichever of them is available when we pick at 4 so that's not too much of an issue. It just makes me furious because I want to win something now and with the team mid-rebuild it's not likely anytime soon dammit, so at least let me have the luxury of winning the lottery. It's also unlikely that we move up in this years draft. Don't get me wrong, I'd love to, but it's just the nature of this league that assets either have too much value or no value to make it happen. I mean, we have 5 2nd round picks over the next two seasons but they don't really hold enough value for teams to be interested in acquiring them, so it means either giving up a 1st or a player, which isn't feasible from my end at all. It'll be interesting to see if I can strike a deal before the draft itself, but to all my fellow GMs: I'm open for business.

How closely have you been following the VHLM playoffs? Thoughts on how they've turned out? Now the draft lottery's taken place, do you have any real preference to any of the three teams that have a chance at getting Ravenwing?

Amazing, as per. Maybe the HDR on the face may be a little too strong but other than that everything is handled beautifully and it looks absolutely great.

Love the render, looks absolutely beaut. The logo idea is cool but I think it may be a bit too prominent, throws off the composition a little imo. Text looks good but the black subtext doesn't really work too great. Nice piece altogether though.

Definitely one of the best you've done recently. Colouring looks good and there's some neat blur and distort effects going on. Would like to see your lighting pop a bit more but yeah, good work bud! P.S.

Render/lighting looks great here. Not sure I'm especially sold on the main text, but it works well with the subtext. I would love to see a couple of stocks added to make the background a little more interesting but it's not a bad piece!
