  1. Duties also include making sure I get my $2.5 mil bonus I've been missing since last season.
  2. It wasn't lost on me lol I can see both sides on this TBH I'll just follow the herd.
  3. How is reviewing that much different from grading? I still point out the same info and mistakes, I just don't assign a number value to it.
  4. For those interested: http://originalshl.com/index.php?showtopic=68170
  5. I want to see an NHL 16 stream on Twitch with some of the top guys on here... SHL is doing it (I think). But I kinda feel the same way. I come on here, check the new posts, check the locker room which is conveniently located at the top now and never really scroll beyond that.
  6. I get what you're saying. I think the GFX guys are kind of an exception. I mean, I know you said you graded for an hour + grading today to get what, 24 things done? I think if the media guys graded 24 600 word articles, it would take even longer so I rarely (never) get over what's required for 2 TPE as far as I know. Maybe I did but not knowing we were capped it never occurred to me I was only getting 2 TPE for more work. I think maybe a better solution would be to grade more gfx graders or revamp just their pay scale.
  7. I actually didn't know there was a limit or that I could bank the extra until this past Monday. I just graded what I graded, got whatever TPE @DollarAndADream said I got, and that was it. Never even questioned it tbh. I guess we should be happy we can bank it and we don't just lose it.
  8. I think their issue was with the FIGA stuff which is no longer a thing now.
  9. 6 goals in the game, I get 0 points...
  10. Hopefully we can get you a cup on your way out.
  11. The All-Star week always seems to sneak up on me. This year, the Quebec City Meute are in a lot better position than they were last year around the same time. The Meute is 41-4-4 while all of last year they only managed to win 28 games. Despite their success, they’re still in second place behind the reigning champs, the Toronto Legion at 43-4-2. The Meute and Legion have the same goals against with 77 and actually have more goals for, 181 to 178. They recently went on a 27-game regulation win streak. Since they’re streak ended they have gone 2-0-2 their last four games. During their streak, they did not play the top team, the Toronto Legion, causing many to still question the team and whether they’re deserving of the praise they’re getting. For this season’s All-Star game, the Meute are well represented in every position. Forwards Aleksi Koponen, Tom Lincoln, and Unassisted have all been voted in the first time around. Defenseman Jeff Hamilton and goaltender Greg Clegane have also been voted in. Severin von Karma is currently sittin in third place for the final two spots in the All-Star game, defenseman John Sleeman is in a similar predicament, sitting in fourth place for the final two defensemen spots despite having more total points with 46 and the best plus-minus rating at plus-49 to go along with a respectable 78 hits and 69 blocked shots. Now, on to the Quebec City Meute All-Stars. Sitting in third, sixth, and eighth place in goals are Lincoln, Koponen, and Unassisted with 39, 36, and 33 goals respectively. Koponen has also tacked on 56 assists good enough for third place in total points with 94, one point behind Freedom McJustice of the New York Americans and nine points behind Max Molholt of none other than the Toronto Legion. The Americans’ recent addition of Lord Karnage should make for an interesting point race moving forward, despite Karnage’s drastic decline this season. On the bubble, von Karma has 22 goals and 35 assists on the year after playing for Stockholm for the first eight games of the year. We will have to wait and see how the voting plays out for the final two forward spots in the All-Star game draft. The entire first line in Quebec City have earned their spot in the All-Star game combining for 108 goals, 138 assists, and a +193 rating. It’s hard to believe that any other top line in the VHL even comes close to those totals, however Toronto, who I’m assuming had a top line of Molholt, Parechkin, and St. Pierre prior to bringing Faux into the fold, combined for 104 goals, 148 assists, and a +143 rating. Even in New York, a potential top line of McJustice, Jorma Ruutu, and Edwin Reencarnacion have a combined 122 goals, 134 assists, and a +117 rating so far this year. Despite all of Quebec’s success this season, they still find themselves having to prove themselves day in and day out. As for defensemen heading to [Insert All-Star Game Location Here], Jeff Hamilton and potentially John Sleeman, Hamilton is having the better year. Recently acquired from the Seattle Bears, Hamilton has 15 goals and 40 assists for 55 points, four goals and 12 of those assists coming from his time here with the Meute. Off the puck Hamilton has accumulated 72 hits and 80 blocked shots in the first 49 games of the season. Sleeman, still awaiting confirmation on All-Star selection, has 46 points, 10 of those coming in the form of goals. Combine this with his 80 hits and 70 blocked shots and he’s putting together a pretty good campaign for the Meute this year. It just seems he’s been overshadowed by the high powered offense and recent addition of Hamilton. Finally, in net, Greg Clegane has definitely been an All-Star for Quebec. He’s leading in just about every statistical category. His .933 save percentage, 1.54 goals against average, and 14 shutouts are all top of the charts while his 38 wins puts him one win behind Wins leader Hans Wingate of, you guessed it, Toronto. Best of luck to all the competitors in the All-Star game, especially those representing Quebec City!
  12. Review: Nice article here. I agree, Sleeman should be in the All-Star game, I voted for him in the vote for the final two defensemen. Grammar, I noticed a "than" instead of "then" in the Theo write-up. "who might be wonder" instead of "wondering" in the Faux write-up. Nothing major though. Keep up the good work!
  13. Review: Always entertaining, man. Good read, not the same boring crap I usually churn out. Keep up the good work, didn't see any major grammar problems but a few sentences were worded strangely.
  14. Review: Nice article. Glad to see you (back?) over here. Definitely notice a lot of typos in this, like missing t's or actually entire words. Just a quick proof read would catch them. Not that I'm judging, I never proof read either haha Keep it up, I like seeing people stay active even if they're not on my team.
  15. Review: Good insight here. I feel the pain, working full time, raising a family, being in every league under the sun, it takes a lot of time. I've been absent lately with a convention in Boston but I'm back now. Anyway, good article, I'm usually not a fan of real life articles though lol kind of ruins the vibe for me. Reviewing subjectively though this article is great, no grammar problems or anything like that.
  16. Review: Nice article. A few grammar issues as I'm sure you're well aware. Content-wise this is spot on. Nice look at the squad. Best of luck heading into the back nine. Glad to see Covington and Roberts working together.
  17. Review: Didn't realize Dangles took over in Moscow until I saw this. Good article. Not exactly sure how the numbers were split up, seems like some would be multiple numbers, idk. A few grammar or spelling issues here and there like "dinasty" but overall a very nice job. Keep it up!
  18. Review: First off, thanks for the shout out..... This is a great article. Very well written and though I don't like your ranking, it's completely objective so I can't really say much about it. Toronto looks like they may repeat tbh. No grammar issues, I'm assuming length is good, looked good overall.
  19. He had a way to export the data but idk what it was.
