Guess this could go two ways.
1. There are no rules referring to waiving a no trade clause. Does it have to be accepted prior to the trade or may it be done afterwards? Higgins made a good point of people living in different time zones may be sleeping, working or not have access, though, from 0000 to 1800 is quite an amount of time for them to accept. Not overly the case in this situation though. So really, SWC3 fucked whoever by not accepting etc?
2. Though the idea of it is that each GM has to post and accept on the deal, technically, this deal is not yet completed as the No Trade Clause has yet to be waived. So, is it fair to say that the deal is void simply because it was not 100% accepted by 1800 MTN/2000 EST?
