      I guess the kicker there would be how big you are and how much you exercise in a day - recommended water intake is 4L a day though - an average intake (including from food sources). Women is less even I believe. I guess just eat lots of sodium if you want to drink 6L lol

      Sorry but that's a common misconception. You get large amounts (>1L) of water from your daily food intake as well. I don't want to die from hyponatremia so I will not join this unhealthy club.
