Ever since I decided to be active in the VHL I've been looking for different series to read each week. P. Tallinder's S70 Draft Profiles caught my eye right away. There's a bit of added bonus because my player is in it since he's in the S70 draft class, but that isn't the only reason I click on the draft profile series. Tallinder's articles are full of visuals and graphs that show he doesn't just do the bare minimum. While the idea is the same, the content never is. And whether he's telling player's story, discussing weekly milestones, or analyzing stats, there's something for everybody to read. Even though it's a VHLM article, I think it should definitely get some more love. Tallinder is definitely an underrated content creator. He may not be the most vocal member in the community, but when he does post, it's spot on. That is why I chose @Patrik Tallinder as one of the many unsung heroes across the league. Keep up the great work. You're destined to do great things.

1. Looks like I'm going to hit 40 goals and 100 points as a defenseman. That's a little better than what I expected after the first week of sims. While I'd like to lead the league in points as a defenseman, I think I'm okay with leading my team. 2. We're doing great. Obviously we're overshadowed by the stacked Saskatoon team, but I feel like we're not that far behind Mississauga anymore and it's only a matter of whether or not we can finish in 2nd. 3. I don't want DeYeeto to win, but it looks like it's gonna happen. He's on a stacked team so that might play a factor. My top three picks(in no particular order) are Kris Rice, Shawn Glade Jr, and my teammate Jaxon Walker. 4. Jaxon Walker by leaps and bounds. He carries us on an almost night-by-night basis. It's been a pleasure riding his coattails and he's probably the main reason I have so many points this season. 5. I think the story is gonna be me vs Glade Jr. I'd like to punch him in the face a couple of times so he will be injured and I can pass his point total. 6. Vancouver has been hot all season and I don't see them slowing down. Seattle is very close though so they're not out of the equation.

Kinda crazy seeing how far many of these guys have come in just the past couple of weeks. Glade was around 20th in league scoring but currently sits at 5th in the M. It's quite evident that the S70 class is starting to catch up to the top scorers around this time in the season.

1. How does it make you feel that we've fallen to 3rd overall? A little disappointed that we have such a great team but can't find the consistency we need to win. 2. What do you think of the recent trade we made for Alyksander Hunter? I liked the other guys, but I'm interested to see what we can do with Alyks. 3. Who will we face in the first round of the playoffs? Not sure. Looking forward to beating them though. 4. Followup, how do you think we'll do against them? We're gonna win. 5. Which VHLM team has the best mascot? Probably the Reapers. Reapers are cool. 6. Is there anything you are looking forward to next season? Hopefully making the VHL and being an impact player.
