How bout dem Cowb... Seattle! (If they had lost)
DoktorFunk replied to ThePerfectNut's topic in Archived Media Spots
C'mon, man. It's just not the same when you ask for it. -
Ask me things. I'm bored. I will answer anything honestly.

75. For life, I play a lot of music and video games. I would say those are my main hobbies. 76. I hate mushrooms. 77. I do. Another would be when people don't remove their hats indoors. Very rude. 78. I headlined a large concert venue in Richmond, VA with my band. 79. I can't snap or whistle. 80. Snakes. I fucking hate snakes.

Seattle Bears Pizza A local pizza chain in Seattle will begin serving a very hair-raising new dish. Called "The Cub", the new pizza is a 40" across pie featuring 12 pounds of bear meat on the pie. The chain, Little Joe's Exotic and Orgasmic Pizza/Delicatessen of Pure Culinary Delights, is hoping that this new pizza becomes their best seller. "It costs $200 to make, so we plan on selling one for $1200 a slice. It's a little steep, but we feel the citizens of Seattle will love it," says restaurant owner Little Joe. "It's 12 pounds of bear meat. What's not to like?" Animal rights groups in Seattle have called the serving of this pizza "barbaric" and are calling for it's removal from the menu. "Listen, the only bears that we killed for this were one's who escaped the zoo. Frankly, we gotta do something with this meat, cause it ain't gonna keep forever," says Little Joe. The pizza goes on sale tomorrow at all Little Joe's Exotic and Orgasmic Pizza/Delicatessen of Pure Culinary Delights locations.

New Years Eve In Seattle A new decade is right around the corner. Over the course of these last ten years, we've seen a lot of changes in the Victory Hockey League. But, with the dawning of a new decade, new and exciting things are on the horizon. Catching up with Scott Greene from the Seattle Bears, we picked his brain regarding some of the things he'd like to see change in the league, his thoughts on his career, what he thinks the future holds and his New Years Eve plans. First, we asked what he'd like to see improved in the league. "Well, I think we can be doing a lot of good for local communities, so I'd like to see more teams and the league as a whole involved in charitable activities," says Greene. "We got a good start with the recent holiday charity drive, but I think there's a lot more that can be done overall to improve. I also would like to see the league expand! We have so many amazing players that some might just need room to stretch their wings out! We could have some real breakout stars!" "My year has been an interesting one, speaking of breaking out," says Greene. "This has been my best season yet. I got first line ice time, and hopefully I showed everyone what I can do when I'm given a chance to shine." Still there are always areas to improve, so we asked Greene where he thinks he most needs to improve. "I would say I need to get a little more physical. I'm not a huge guy, but I'm pretty strong, so it couldn't hurt to get more involved in the plays and throw my body around a bit more. Need to force those turnovers somehow." The future looks bright for Greene, and we asked if there's anywhere he hasn't been that he'd like to be. "No," says Greene. "I've already decided that I want to play for Seattle for my whole career. It's an amazing group of guys, and I can't think of anywhere else I'd rather be to make an impact. We should be pretty amazing for many years to come, so let's hope we can all stick together." Greene will be looking to extend his contract in a season or two, when it's up. "I'd like to sign one that keeps me locked up here. I'm not a greedy guy. I just want to be on the best team." Greene says that he's planning for a really big New Years Eve celebration. "I'm going to hit the town with my teammates and friends. It's a new decade, so we have to go hard. I'm going to get drunker than I've ever been, and I've been pretty f****** drunk." Greene was notorious for showing up to the rink plastered and even passing out and causing a disturbance while intoxicated wearing a giant bear costume. Hopefully the star center doesn't get into too much trouble, as Seattle will need him for the foreseeable future. __________________________________________________ 509 Words. Claiming this week

NA Quarter Finals 2 GM 3: Seattle Bears vs. New York Americans

LET'S FUCKING GO SEATTLE. SEATTLE IN 7 -
Review Brutal render on his face, but I did the Marlin in the background and the font is legible, so good job! Good colors, too.
-
Review Very cool. I like the particle effects that you put over the whole thing. It feels like it's covered in sandpaper. Only complaint is I feel it could use a little more in the background

LaGuy Travels to North America [1/2]
DoktorFunk replied to latex security's topic in Archived Graphics/Videos
Review This is very funny. Not too familiar with your player, but I dig his vibe. Seems like a fun guy. Font is hard to read, but it's funny. Good colors and cool idea, though -
Review You really don't see a ton of up close photos of players and their renders here, so I like seeing this as more of an action shot with their names over it. The shopping on the jerseys is fantastic, but the cursive names throw me off.
-
Review Good stuff. I always like red/grey/black combined for a color combo. The font is cool, but the red and white all over it makes it a touch hard to read. It's a really cool font, tho

Big Addition to Riga's Blueline [1/2]
DoktorFunk replied to gorlab's topic in Archived Graphics/Videos
Review I like the colors with the contrasting blue and orange and the composition is good, with him being in center frame. The font is just hard to read. -
Jimmy Spyro (S69) Missisauga Hounds [SIG] [1/2]
DoktorFunk replied to DarkSpyro's topic in Archived Graphics/Videos
Review I like seeing such a big group of Hounds! Good colors and the names pop. Only complaint would be the font style at the bottom. I think it's a little too frilly for the minimalist style you have with the sig, but cool otherwise. -
1. It was my best season ever. My faceoff percentage stayed high and I scored more points. What's not to like? 2. I like how we did in the regular season, but I wasn't blown away. Still, pretty good. 4. @Acydburn. He's unreal. 5. @Jtv123, because he deserves it, but I don't think he can figure out how to get his gloves on, much less off. 6. Seattle BAYBEEEEEEEE 7. Riga.

VHL Playoffs: Seattle Bears Hype Editon By Scott Greene Let's Go Bears! This season has been amazing. I've had the best performance of my career. I've had the most fun I've had with my teammates. And, we're in the playoffs again. It's kind of nerve-wracking, because this was supposed to be the year that all of our hard work paid off. But it paid off last year. And, man, did we celebrate! It was worth the tough times, but after that, it was party time! Now it's serious time. Time to buckle back down and see what we can do. Admittedly, we've been good this year, but not as amazing as we thought we would be. It's time to shake off that dust and get back on that hype train. We've put in more hours and training than anyone else. It's going to be a hard road, but I believe in us. LET'S GO BEARS! WE ROAR WE SCORE!
