I have fallen out of touch since the league really expanded thanks to Beavis an the blue team growing this league. Well i used to know more members now alot of high ranking people i have no idea about. I decided to land on new VHLM commish Sonnet. Who is in for a tough task as it seems everyone really loved Bana, and there was even a go dark day apparently by the VHLM GMs. Sonnet i have no talked to like ever, but he has had a good accent he has been a GM in the league an now holds a position of power. Honestly i do not think he needs to do much, the league is in good shape he just needs to keep ontop of GMs. As GMs really are the back bone of both leagues. Allowing GMs to slack off or go MIA is very negative to the league as these are usually the first people aiding the fresh blood and a GM who does not do his job can lead to members walking away from the league. Sonnet himself joined the league in August of 2018 which means he came in around the time i got lost in the league due to outside complications in life. Well i was around i was not the most active person ever. Which means im not exactly sure all the jobs he has held in the league. Outside of GM and now commish, but from the announcement thread outside of hating on firing Bana it appears Sonnet himself is a very liked member. Ill be curious to see what he brings to the league as Bana has done good and for so long many wonder if he can keep course or keep growing the league. Im cheering for him not to screw things up, but i think the leagues in a position that it is very hard to mess up an really hurt the league anymore. His first player ever to grace the league is Alexander Pepper, who if i remember the conversation is he is a fringe HOFer who may or may not be a HOF guy will come up to how people feel about the member likely. Pepper himself seemed to have had one very elite season in 66 where he took home the Goalie of the year, Playoff MVP, and the cup itself. He also won in juniors goalie of the year. His career record is 302-169-40 with a 917sv% 2.59GAA and 30 shut outs. He was drafted 10th overall by the Titans an in a rare feat played his entire career with them. His current player is Robin Winter who is in the middle of his rookie season. Just sitting under half a point per game with 11goals, 13 assists for 24 points in 50 games. Winter was drafted 11th overall in the VHLM and 2nd overall in the VHL. He looks like a promising player with already 430+ TPE in his rookie season. Time will tell if Winter can have similar or more success than his goalie. However Sonnet seems determined to make him the best he possibly can. Sonnet appears to be a very important an active member of this league. Hopefully he can keep the momentum and when he burns out know to step away versus try to carry on as it can hurt the league.

The Saskatoon Wild have a good team, they can win the cup. However it seems the team just can not click on all levels. It seems when changes occur it just flips who is hot. We've seen Komarov, Brandt, Krestavich, Brown all light the league up at certain points. However with an ever evolving line up it has taken a toll. Once leading the league in scoring Komarov has fallen behind as the Wild look to find lines that can really take the full potential of this roster. Hopefully before the season ends the team can find some chemistry as they have cup aspirations this season. Do not want to waste this window with their stars all set to leave them next season. It seems despite all the hard work one issue is Gryf all of a sudden went from an elite tier goalie to just above average. Which has prompted alot of changes in hope to get everyone working together. Time will tell if this team figures things out, as Komarov hopes to win a cup this season also chasing the best season of his players career. Taking the bragging rights from cousin Sergei Komarov. Who has the best season with 115 points, Kazimir finished last year with 112, and this season already has 89. He is aiming towards the cup and that coveted family scoring title in the same season.

Need to find full chemistry too often we are hit an miss on the offense. Honestly dont really pay attention so didnt notice Again dont really notice but good luck to him. Hot dogs i suppose King Kruul he seems to just point up points hes quiet though. Silver a few times despite never being a true contender.

The wild offense has hit a dead end. Komarov for awhile was pulling away from the 2nd next scorer on his team. They started playing like the Edmonton Oilers. They needed 1 guy to score, and the goalie to play great in order to win. The lines have been shook up, and now they traded for Tim Brown. All in hopes to balance the line up offense an start to get a few guys going as some of their top 6 guys just are not cutting it. The hope is with this addition Brandt, Kestavich can start to score,. They appear to have gotten Brandt back to his early season ways when paired with Komarov. Hopefully Brown, and Krestanovich can work together and form a solid top 6. They are looking for that balance as they look to win a cup. Hopefully the moves, made by the GMs help them become a bigger threat after the fall off.

Better win the cup all that matters We have sadly slowed down Brandt way more but lets improve come on. Nobody we are our own threat Hes american they have no idea what booze is they drink piss water Who knows cant get in our lr due to charizard Komarov duh everyone knows russia best dressed

Ive hated discord since it became the way to communicate. Im on maybe 1/2 hours a week at best. Its stupid but the young ones like it so guess its here to stay

Cup or bust, Komarov doesnt play for losers. Brandt already doing it though teams worries about me so he gets easier matches ;). I dont watch drafts i watch cup championships so who knows. I dunno some name that is funny i suppose? Like Brandt what a bust ? Sure komarov a beast so is gladiators No ugly only Jagr worthy of wearing one.

Komarov currently had a 20 shot lead on 2nd, he is averaging 11.25 shots on goal per game. Which puts him on pace 810 shots on goal, before today he was on pace for 900. He has just been handed the puck all the time by his line mates who almost seem scared to shoot the puck. The Wild currently trying to find the combos to get the roster going, hopefully they can find Komarov someone to shoot the puck with him. Too many players will realize just how much his line needs him. Gardiner, and Krestanovich are the latest duo to try with him. Kres who has been stone cold on offense but unstoppable on the defensive end it seems. Really needs to get going to help bring depth to the squad. Kruul seems to really love feeding Komarov as he lacks trust on Kres, and Gards. Its workes for him as he is amoung the league leaders on defenive scoring. In net Grif has dominates GAA, but till recently was god awful in SV%. However he seems to just be a rock so far an could win goalie of the year if he kees this up. How will the Wild fair as the season goes? Right now they look like contenders, but they need to get some depth guys going.

Despite barely working, Komarov almost past his familys greatest season. Finnishing the year with 112 points 3 shy of tying a career high by Sergei Komarov. This all comes as the 6 foot 8 russian was accused of not trying, seeing him fall to the 4th round in the VHLM and 3rd round in the VHL. The Wild seem to have gotten a steal of a deal. He will likely return to the Wild, next season which begs the question what is next for him can the Wild win the cup? He will never be a VHL star but he seems to have really found VHLM stardom. He already has the most points ever in the VHLM for the familys career. As Sergei had a very bad first season in the VHLM vs Kazimir had a solid rookie campaign. The one thing he is struggling to do his family is known for is throw the body. He has admitted his family is putting pressure on. He stated it will be a focus when he joins the big leagues not well he plays juniors.
