The one big thing I personally find hurts international tournaments is the low visibility especially on the portal. Winning a medal doesn't show up on your awards, theirs no easily accessible or obvious way to see past winners, in every other sim league I've seen theirs a team section on the portal, we don't even have official logos for any of the teams in either competition. If your not paying attention the tournament can happen and you'd have no idea. Why should I care about international tournaments when everything is hidden and the league barely acknowledges it even happens afterwards?

S92 World Junior Championship
General Manager Application

Hello everybody!

This season Team USA will be hosting the championship in Salt Lake City!!

Now for the job application,
For those unfamiliar with the WJC 5 teams will need GMs:

 Canada  -  USA  -  Asia  -  Europe  -  World 

This is a starter job so no experience is needed it's a great way to start getting into VHL management. 
If selected you will be responsible for:

-Picking a roster to represent your nation

-Learning how to create lines and strategies in STHS

-Creating a fun and active atmosphere for your team (very important)

-To be ready to spread some WJC HYPE!

   We will guide you through the whole process so there is nothing to worry about. All we ask is that you be committed. Interviews will start right away and hirings will be made within a couple of days. Reply to this thread to apply

What would the VHL look like if they had official Jerseys? Hockey players can't take the ice without jerseys and VHL teams are no exception so I put together what I think each team should use. To keep these as realistic as possible I wanted to keep the patterns similar to actual NHL jerseys so jersey swaps would be easier. Also very surprised the VHL doesn't have official ones, it would definitely add some uniqueness to each team.
